I am an active duty military member and was home in Andover on leave over Christmas this past year. It also happened to fall on the day I was to be promoted. I ordered flowers from Andover floral to give them to my family as thank yous during my ceremony. When I went to pick them up in my dress uniform, the owner Sharon, would not let me pay for them. She said it was the least they could do and thank you for your service. The flowers were beautiful and my family loved them! I cant say thank you enough to Andover floral, both for what they did for me and their support of the military. They have my business from here forward. Thanks again! -Keith Meyer, USAF

I ordered flowers online expecting them to look like the picture, when they arrived they DID NOT look like the picture. They made huge substitutions and did not notify me. Including switching out the main orange colored roses to yellow (it was for a birthday for petes sakes). I tried rectify the situation and they only offered to "go pick them up" after they had already been delivered.... nice , no customer service at ALL. They blamed ME for not checking the do not substitute box. BEWARE

I couldnt be happier with Andover Floral. I called and explained what I was looking for and why. They listen and offered to have their designer put together a special arrangement. We agreed upon the price and they put together an arrangement that speaks for itself. Just beautiful! Thank you!!!!!!

I placed an order online in 3 days advance with scheduled delivery date. They called me late evening the day after that scheduled delivery date saying what I ordered was no longer in stock. When I tried to call back multiple times I got nothing, not even an answering machine. Worthless.

I recently received a bouquet of flowers. I wasnt aware i was going to be receiving flowers, so i wasnt home upon delivery. They were really sweet on trying to find a time that worked for delivery and even delivered my beautiful Bouquet on a Sunday!

Extremely courteous but a very limited in-store selection. Prices are too high, even for seasonal occasions (Valentines, Mothers day), but truly, a very nice local shop worthy of your patronage!
