I had ordered the "Full of Love Bouquet" for my mother-in-law. When I stopped by to pick up the flowers, I noticed immediately that it looked nothing like the picture from their website. I mentioned my disappointment with the arrangement and even offered to pay additional in order to make the arrangement fuller. They werent very accommodating. They added a few more stems of carnations, set the arrangement in front of me and walked away. Didnt even wait to see if I was satisfied. When I got home, even my husband said the arrangement looked awful and the flowers looked wilted and sad. I was too embarrass to give the flowers to my mother-in-law. (I even took pictures to prove how ugly the arrangement was, if only I can upload my photos). Instead, I went elsewhere, spent more money and bought my mother-in-law a different bouquet. I would never shop at Stems and Vines again. I tried them once. I would never give them my business again.

I understand that its valentines day and probably the busiest day of the year but my expectation was a little higher for getting a bouquet of flowers. I gave two stars because the staff did offer to work on it some more but the point is that I shouldnt have to ask. I was already running late and had to get home. In many of your responses to your reviews you say that you "hang your hat on customer service" well maybe first you should try to hang your hat on a quality product. So disappointing that I paid as much for this as I could have gotten a dozen roses for, but went with standard flowers thinking I would get a fuller bouguet and something unique. My bouquet was stuffed with green filler and literally two lilies that were actually in bloom. This was my first and last experience Stems and Vines. I posted the pictures so you can compare.

Got way WAY overcharged for Valentines Day bouquet and I will also note I was never told when I ordered them the day before the price. The staff was also not very friendly. When I called in the order the woman was downright rude, when I went to pick up the cashier was indifferent and didnt even so much as say "thank you" for my business after charging me $80 for a lackluster bouquet. I will never take my business here again, and I dont recommend them. The roses were not trimmed short enough making the bouquet look very wonky and also top heavy. Nothing about this experience was good, never ever going back for flowers for my special lady.

I will never do business with them again. I ordered same day delivery, and expected that I may not get exactly what I had ordered on the website, but what was delivered wasnt even close. What was supposed to be 6-8 roses turned out to be 3 of a different color. I paid $85 for 3 roses and a few daisies and lilies to be delivered 3 miles from their shop. The fact that they couldnt have so much as called me to see if I wanted to do something different is abhorrent. This was a quick lesson learned to never order flowers over the internet, and to go into the store and order them yourself. Come on stems and vines, get it together!

Flowers were a most for my mother at my wedding this past October, but were something I did not want to deal with as I had heard so many horror stories. My fathers go to place has always been Stems and Vines and once I met with Cheryl and her staff, I knew it was the perfect place. I must have changed my order 1000 times to match my theme and price point, and Stems and Vines always came through. My centerpieces and bouquets were beautiful, and for not having wanted to deal with a florist, Stems and Vines made the planning a wonderful experience!

My go to florist in Prior Lake. Creates lovely arrangements on the spot and over the phone. I usually pick two flowers and as for a third or forth of the florists choice when visiting the store. Over the phone I just ask for certain colors and no roses. Stems and Vines has fresh flowers that last a day or two longer than some others I have visited. They also have fun other things to peruse. Highly recommend, from personal to any occasion. You wont regret it.

After another local florist backed out two weeks before my wedding...contacted Stems & Vines and they were able to fulfill my request for red roses centerpieces. They called the night before explaining that the roses that arrived in the store were small so they added tea roses to my centerpieces (at no additional cost)....IT WAS GORGEOUS...I had so many guests comment on the beautiful displays. Would highly reccomend this florist for any occasion!

How can I write a review on something you have never seen? They backed out on our wedding a week and a day before...they claimed that they were "too busy". I owned a business for twenty years and had much better business etiquette than these people. My bride to be was NOT happy at all. We had a family friend do the flowers, last minute and they turned out perfectly.

My most recent order I called and asked if they could do next day delivery and they accommodated me, no problem. I will continue to use them as my MN florist.
