I have no idea why this place gets such great reviews. My fiancé and I were scheduled for a wedding consultation at Arts and Flowers recently, and we were treated terribly. When we first arrived, the staff member we were scheduled to meet with just stared at us and didnt say anything. When we started asking questions about their services and arrangements, he wouldnt give us any answers. He refused to show us pictures or examples of anything, stating that it was something he keeps to himself. After a frustrating 10 minutes of this, he rather rudely said "What do you want from me? I thought you were here to see what kinds of things we can do for you." We told him that "YES this is EXACTLY what we are here for, and weve been saying that the entire time." It was the most bizarre interaction Ive ever had in a store, and it was terrible customer service. It made my fiancé very upset, and overall disappointed with Arts and Flowers. We have completely taken them out of consideration for our wedding. If you go to Arts and Flowers look out for Renee, because he is inept at customer service.

My Dad passed and the cremation people suggested we use them rather than Bachmans and WOW. Seriously, it was the most amazing display of flowers I have ever seen. My parents are both HUGE flower lovers and especially orchids. Arts and Flowers did a stunning job. Everyone who attended and saw the magnificent display commented on how they had NEVER in there life seen anything so beautiful. We took many pictures to remember it. I only wish I could post a picture to show how colorful and clever it was. My Mom who was grieving over my Dads death got weeks out of looking at its beauty. Seriously people, these folks know flowers!! AMEN!

Mans Next Best Friend..... I went to Arts and Flowers to get a bouquet for a girl that I had broken up with just a few days prior and wanted to make up for my terrible mistake. I was almost immediately greeted when I walked in and had great service throughout. I simply told the florists her favorite flowers and colors and within twenty minutes I walked out with a gorgeous bouquet that had the exact effect I was hoping for. Wide selection and variety of flowers, a bit on the pricey side but well worth the money. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

I worked with Arts & Flowers for a University event as they were recommended by another florist we usually use (she was on vacation) and they were FANTASTIC. Nancy and Steven were incredibly helpful and the two gentlemen that delivered them were great, as well. The arrangements and corsages were perfect for our event and gave it the extra bit of decor it needed to feel formal and fun! The spring colors they used were amazing and our office has enjoyed them since.

Simply the best. The most stunning arrangements using fresh, unique, gorgeous flowers. Perfect for any occasion - they even accommodate our last minute and custom requests (ex: all white with silver accents, they can do anything). I order a lot of flowers for my agency, and have seen different florists walk through our doors, but nobody gets as many compliments as Arts & Flowers. Yes, they are on the expensive side, but definitely worth every penny.

Arts and flowers, specially Jon Maggs, did the flowers for my wedding on September 25. They were absolutely incredible! He worked within my budget and was helpful with changes. Mr. Maggs even called when storms came through Dallas to check if were ok! Amazing customer service and the flowers were out of this world gorgeous. I will be back!!!

They put together a beautiful arrangement for my fiancés last day teaching. I was really impressed with the great service they offered., the ladies were really nice to work with and helpful. Not pushy at all and had a great selection of flowers in my price range. I wish I ran across them sooner online, ill definitely be back! Thank you

Although they had just been swamped with a holiday and were quite busy with cleanup they were more than happy to assist. No only did someone help me with my questions but one I made my choices it was nice to see them work together to complete my order in just a few minutes to have back on my way. SUPER FRIENDLY!
