I had a coworker order flowers online from the Shakopee Florist. The order went throught fine and we printed the reciept. It was for a Special occasion as one of our Housekeepers was having a Birthday and her significant other wanted it to be a special day, he is leaving to go back to his hometown and will be gone for over a year. it is very sad. The day they were SUPPOSED to be delivered they never showed and nobody would answer the phone at the florist..imagine our frustration. About a week later I got in touch with Mary who informed me that she was selling the business and basically too bad I did not get my floewers, she is selling the place and talk to the new owners. After all we werent charged. Nice! I wanted to talk to the NEW owner so they could offer to fix this before I wrote a review. Well , Shantel? Was very nice and even offered to make it right for me by delivering flowers that Saturday. Guess what...they never were delivered. She did call on Monday, granted not Friday or Saturday, when I was not here and asked me to call her. I waited a few days and returned the call. She acted like she had tried so hard to get ahold of me that Saturday.. Wrong, I was here AL:L DAY until 7 PM answering the phones...no call.and she went on and on about having to clean up problems, etc...etc...She did ask what she could do to make it right (this was the second time she offered to make it right)..Well heres my advice...NOTHING...DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST!!!!

I am thrilled with the service at Shakopee Florist! I placed an online order and then called to ask when it would be delivered. The woman said they would try hard to get it out before the end of today. I ordered the 8" Peace Lily as a sympathy gift for my dad and got a call only ONE HOUR later from my parents that it had just been delivered. I cannot believe how quick that was and the plant is WAY prettier in real life than on the website. During a time of grieving, something as seemingly simple as fast delivery and impressive service goes a long way. Two thumbs up!

These ladies are super helpful. I wanted setting special, but being a guy I wasnt really sure how to make it happen. They helped me out, asked questions, gave me a quote, and then when I picked it up the final price was way under their quote. They even liked my idea so much they made a second one since prom season was coming up. I will definitely be going here for all my specialty floral needs. (If you just want a premade bouquet or basic floral fare such as that, this does not seem to be the place to go. It appeared to me that all their stuff is made to order.)

They are so creative here! I was looking for a boutique for my mother and did not want anything generic. They had a beautiful sample but, it was too much pink, so I requested one like it with more purple. The staff was very helpful and made one so beautiful that my mother almost cried. Thank you very much!

Shakopee Florist is the best in the Shakopee Area. From Flowers to special gifts, they have it all. My husband bought me flowers for Valentines Day and they lasted almost a month.
