HORRIBLE.....I ordered an upgraded floral arrangement for my daughters birthday online. She cared for it according to the instructions. When it arrived the edges of the roses were brown and curled and bowing their heads. Within 2 days the entire arrangement was dead and she had thrown it out. I arrived on Saturday, 5 days after her birthday on March 2, arriving at 10:15pm. I was shocked to see that they were not at the house. Then I heard the story. I called Monday morning to ask them to replace the arrangement and was told that my daughter should have called within 24 hours? Really? They were a gift. As a "compensation" Karen offered to send "something" out. It was two roses (also with brown on the petals) and 2 purple things stuffed in a little vase. No customer service; no offer to reimburse me; no offer to replace the original arrangement order with fresh flowers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

We recently ordered flowers to be delivered to memorial service. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the basket ordered online (it was far inferior) and worse off they left off half the names of the people giving the basket. I double checked my order confirmation, and took pictures at the memorial to make sure I had done it correctly on my end. When I called the owner to express my disappointment she offered $20 off and she had no interest in me sending her the pictures/information as a way of improving her service going forward.

Karen was so helpful in assuring that the flowers we ordered were beautiful and on time. After a bad experience with a different florist, she restored my faith in online ordering. Would not hesitate to order here, as you get small town service from this company. She called to confirm the delivery as well, which was above what she had to do. A+!

had a table arrangement of a dozen lavender roses delivered 5 days ago. they were just beautiful and very fresh. on day 4 the flowers really opened up and were more beautiful than ever. today, on day 5 they are still looking very nice. Will order from them again.

After ordering flowers on line and seeing the delivered arrangements looked nothing like what was advertised I use the local florist. I picked an example, set a price point and let them make up an arrangement. What they provided was beautiful.
