I ordered a boquet of flowers for my wife for her birthday. The order went in via e-mail on Friday for a Monday delivery. The boquet was entitled "Orchid Orchard", and cost around $95 with delivery. As the title implies, the arrangement was supposed ot include orchids along with rose, daisies, etc. Despite the name, the arrangement delivered did not include a single orchid. After calling Janine, I learned that there were no suitable colored orchids on hand for this order. So, they left them out and delivered the flowers anyway (without any notice). Janine did offer a $20 credit to my card, but after looking at their prices for arrnagements with orchids, I think Ill call American Express and get a full refund due to the hassle and poor customer service. Thanks for nothing Janine. Next time your company needs the right flowers, I suggest you call Bachmans......what horrible service!

WORST experience! This flower shop lost my order and missed delivering flowers to my Mom for Mothers Day. The woman on the phone was actually rude and told me she couldnt even fill my order a day late - that I would need to place an entirely new order and that wouldnt be able to ship for yet another day and the best they would offer for THEIR sloppy mistake was $20 off. I would never order from here again, and would not suggest to order flowers from this dinky place if you would like flowers actually delivered on a specific day.

I have been using Flowers of Edina for personal and business arrangements for the past year now and have really enjoyed working with Janine and her staff on custom made arrangements first for table settings at my roundtable luncheons and was so impressed that I send out often as Thank You gifts also. Fun ! Flowers show appreciation much louder than words aespecially, to the most important ones in our lives ! Keep spreading your cheerfulness and bringing smiles to my clients and friends please. I had a bouquet made up of three Gerber daisies and a dozen tulips with a few sprays for $61. Apparently there is a $44 design fee. I was in a hurry and this was the nearest, most convenient floral shop at the time, otherwise I frequent Bachman’s where $61 would have given me more of a “wow” affect instead of, like I said, THREE Gerber daisies, and a dozen tulips. I won’t be returning. Customer service was amazing though. It was just very, very, very overpriced. I felt completely ripped off.

I have nothing but praise for the excellent customer service I received from Flowers of Edina. Within a couple of hours after placing my order to deliver a Christmas Wreath to my elderly parents in AZ my parents sent me an email thanking me for the beautiful Christmas Wreath they received!! I call that amazing!! Thank You Flowers of Edina!
