I ordered a Divine Light white floral cross for a funeral this past weekend. I recieved something less. The original design has roses, lilacs and an assortment of different flowers and green. The one I received had white daisies and a cheaper flower in place of the lilacs because they ran out! Very disappointed. I will never order from them again. The employees are nice and friendly. The product is affordable but I didnt think the work was cheap too. I asked how long theyve been around and was told 70 years. Well if thats the case please raise your standards. Please dont show a customer a photo of the product they want and deliver something different or of lesser value. Will not be going back to this place again.

Weve used Cardell Floral for table centerpieces for special occasions for many many years. Weve always been satisfied with how receptive theyve been to our ideas, how dependable theyve been, and the quality of their flowers. We recently worked with them on a funeral spray for a family member and several additional arrangements of all sorts. They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Even relatively simple arrangements were done with appreciation for style and were lovely. The funeral spray was gorgeous. Jill and Nancy were a delight to work with. We had thought briefly about using a bigger chain store and Im so glad we went with Cardell.

I was not impressed with the service I received from this floral shop. I had ordered some flowers to be delivered to my fiances work. I realize it was Valentines day and it is a busy day for them, but it was almost 3 pm and my fiance hadnt gotten her flowers yet. I called to get some kind of update on the delivery, and the woman I talked to was extremely rude. Her flowers finally got to her work at 4:30 that day, right before she left work. Another negative was that delivery driver called her before going to her work and rudely said that he would not be driving to her work if she has already left. Overall, I would not suggest using this floral shop.

I odered some flowers from Cardell Floral for my girlfriends birthday. The ordering went flawlessly, the flowers arrived in a timely manner, and the most important part, they were gorgeous. My love works in an office setting so l ordered a ballon to ne attached to them (gotta let all the other women in the office know she got flowers!). I will definitely be using them for any floral needs in the future.

Awesome little flower shop with stellar service. You can tell the flowers have been arranged by a true professional. I had some special requests and they were more than accommodating- they bent over backwards in order to make sure I was happy with what I was purchasing. I wont go anywhere else for Mothers Day, Valentines Day, wifes birthday, or any other event that calls for a great arrangement.

Any time I need fresh cut flowers or an arrangement, I head to Cardell. Their designs are beautiful, creative and just what I was hoping for. The shop is filled with unique giftware, glassware and home decor. It is just beautiful and oh so fun! If they dont have it...you dont need it!!
