Ordered an arrangement for the day before Valentines Day (Saturday) through an online site (Teleflora). I had to pay an additional fee for same day delivery. My order was not fulfilled day of. The following Wednesday, my order was still not fulfilled, so I called asking to cancel my order and receive a full refund. The owner called and apologized for the mistake and offered to upgrade my purchase, add a box of chocolates, and get it sent out that same day. The arrangement was sent out that day, but it was not upgraded and there was no box of chocolates. I appreciated the personal call from the owner, but my appreciation was short-lived considering the owner didnt fully follow through on their word. Long story short, I paid extra money for my arrangement to be sent out three days late. I will probably not be doing business with this company in the future.

Missed Valentiness day delivery! I ordered 5 days in advance. They dropped off the bouquet 6pm by the door of the empty office after everyone left at 5pm. I even changed the address from home to work address since they told me that my friend will get it for sure on Valentines day. The next day I called them and complained. Then they told me they never guarantee valentines day delivery, and it was still delivered on the valentines day even no one wasnt there to receive it. Dont we buy these over-priced bouquet so we can enjoy the loved ones smile and surprise on valentines day? Valentines day gift is just a lame late gift next day, isnt it?

On the afternoon of December 24th, I stopped in right before the owner closed up. She took the time to put together a really pretty bouquet, going above and beyond, despite my rather bad timing. Im very glad that I went to a proper flower shop instead of a gift shop, as it resulted in a much nicer gift.

I did my wedding flowers through Paeonia, Kelly was wonderful in helping me stay on budget. My bridesmaids and mom all loved how wonderful the flowers smelt and looked. Would recommend for any brides to be.

Ordered online for same day delivery. Flowers were delivered (delivery was $12 for 8miles) within an hour! Flowers look fresh and great! Definitely recommend this place!

Paeonia missed a valentines day delivery! The flowers were ordered to arrive between 11:00-12:00. MIssed the boat and were there after I had left work at 4:30.
