I was very disapointed in the service and flowers that I received. I placed my flower order over the phone as I was coming from out of state to host my friends baby shower on Saturday, November 6th. I had placed my order on October 30th to make sure they would have enough time and the flowers I wanted. When I arrived to pick the them up on Saturday morning they had no idea who I was and no flowers ready for me. After 5 minuets of me explaining to the lady that I had placed an order and pre-paid another lady came out to help (I think the owner) and got my credit card info to look up the order. She found the invoice for my flowers and the lady that helped me was the one that was helping me on Saturday as well! They told me to come back in 20 minuets and they would have them ready for me. I made sure to tell them it was for a baby shower and that the sex of the baby was unknown, but that I wanted it to be bright and cheerful. When I picked them up they where yellow and rust colored.....looked like something for a thanksgiving table not a baby shower!! the Corsage didnt even have a pastel ribbon it was rust colored! It looked like they took the flowers from another order. Very dissatisfied and will NEVER go back!!!!! I will tell everyone I know how disapointed I was in Maple Grove Floral!!!

I ordered $30 worth of flowers for delivery. The total came to $45.00 with delivery and tax. I saw the bouquet I had delivered and it was not worth $30.00. I sent the flower shop a picture of the bouquet. They then told me the vase it came in was $5.00 (a simple glass vase not worth $5.00) and there is a 25% labor fee on the cost of flowers, so around $7.50 for them to stick the flowers in the vase. So, the total of what the flowers were worth was around $17.00 and I paid $45.00! Beware of these fees they DO NOT tell you about when you place the order. I could have gone to the grocery store and picked up better flowers.

I recently called here on short notice about sending my girlfriend flowers for her birthday. Not knowing anything about this shop I trusted the reviews and went forward with purchasing the flowers with delivery sight unseen! I did think the price was high and was nervous that the flowers I would get wouldnt be of value to the amount I paid like some other reviews on here have suggested, but I disagree with them and believe that they where of exact value of what I paid. Im am very pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone!

I rated this business with only 1 star; however the rating system defaults to 5 stars. ??????? I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I stopped at the store at 8:37 am on Thursday morning, 4/3/09 to order flowers for an important client. Their hours were posted on the door as opening at 8:00 am M-F; however, the door was locked. An employee was working in the store. I waited at the door for 10 minutes and finally knocked several times. The employee continued working and failed to acknowledge me.

I was hesitant at first when I saw that others had given them a bad review. So I called and ordered from them, they were supposed to get back with me with a confirmation number, 3 hours later they still didnt get back to me and when I called they claimed they didnt have my ordered but upon further search, they found my order and got the floral arrangment to my sisters work the same day and she absolutely loved it. So I decided that everyone makes mistakes and gave them a 4 star rating!

Maple Grove Floral was a pleasure to work with. I sat down with Linda months before my wedding to describe to her what I was looking for. She is an excellent listener and was able to make great suggestions for my floral arrangements. My wedding bouquet was totally edgy, yet beautiful - white roses with black feathers! The arrangements were so beautiful I kept them in my kitchen as long as I possible could - the kalla lillies smelled so nice!

to find whatever floral needs you could want! If they dont have it in their cooler, they are more than happy to order your flowers in for you - usually within a day too! The staff is very helpful, friendly and creative! Not only do they have great flowers and merchandise, I guess they do a Ladies Night Out too with wine tasting and give aways. I signed up to be on the e-mail list so I wouldnt miss it!

Needed a corsage for my girlfriend for prom. Looked everywhere I could but everyone had the same, stupid corsages that had too much white and purple frills. Only these guys had anything unique and on top of that, their custom order was amazing, helping me get the perfect flowers! I completely recommend this place to anyone needing flowers!

Maple Grove Floral has been my go-to flower shop for a few years now. Competitive pricing, the product is always good and lasts a long time. My experience with service has been very good: they are helpful, creative, courteous and can multi-task. They are good about answering the phone. What more can you ask for?

Horribly disappointed with flowers ordered for prom; petals folded and bent, already browning, looking like end of night instead of beginning of event, like it was made a week ago; not even close to $65 worth of blooms, and "all our designers are gone for the day" so they cant do anything to help....wont go again
