I am someone who does not normally complain about things. Originally a Sweet Surprise bouquet was attempted to be delivered at my apt postoperatively and for my birthday. Driver left my bouquet at main building, as I did not respond to his attempt to drop them off. (There were no staff on that day at the apt, as they were offering there time all day at a charity event.) That meant the bouquet of flowers were left unattended in another building, where they may have been stolen even. I only realized I had flowers waiting because of a text message from the driver. I attempted to call the delivery person/driver and he stated he had left flowers at the main office. I was unable to get flowers until the apt staff returned the next day due to my postop limitations. Flowers in the bouquet deteriorated quickly once in my possession. (Do not know if bouquet vase was tipped over, as apt staff told me they refilled water on flowers when they returned to work first thing the next.) I called and spoke with owner a couple days later regarding events. She did provide another much, much smaller bouquet to me the next day, as a replacement. Again, I had a problem with the delivery person. He called to see if I was home, then 2 minutes later he arrived at apt building and called to be let in. I buzzed him in. When I arrived at the apt front door, there was no one there. I called the driver back and he said he didnt get buzzed in. He returned to my apt building and redelivered the flowers. I called owner regarding situation with driver again. I did explain situation again to Lisa. I felt flowers were a much smaller design and a few of leaves were even torn. I realize she did not have to redeliver another bouquet, but I was very disappointed that the bouquet was not the same. She said she would talk to her driver, but I did feel like I was being dismissed. I would not order or send flowers from this shop, as I feel she did not put the customer first, no matter what the situation was. I was not difficult to deal with over the phone with Lisa at anytime, but just wished to explain events to her.

This shop is known for great service in whatever occasion your flower needs are. They have beautiful and tasteful gift ideas for your sweetheart, girlfriend, Mom or whoever that special person is in your life. The owner and staff will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs for your special day, occasion or just a pick me up bouquet for your special person. You wont be disapointed by The Wild Orchid. I posted this a few months ago but the same is still true. Lisa and her staff will go to great lengths to make a beautiful, fresh arrangement for her customers. She strives to have the freshest flowers in house. Its a lovely floral/gift shop that tries to do everything possible to please the customer.

Amazing!! I have ordered three times from them for work events (all deliveries, I have not been in the stores yet). Everything had always been all on time and exquisite!! Every bud and bloom looked like it was picked that day, they looked so fresh and alive. They are my new go-to flower shop in town. Just great!! Edit: I went to go pick up an order for the first time yesterday, such a cute little store!! The owner was so sweet and helped me pick out an arrangement from the cooler. I got to see a bunch of arrangements they had put together for weddings (she mentioned she had four on Saturday), and they all looked great, too.

I went in just wanting a small get-well cut-flower arrangement. They took time to show me the wide variety of flowers they had available, and showed me how theyd look together, then added greens to make it look very nice. I had a very small budget and they maximized the bouquet by making suggestions of which flowers to use. The owner is super nice and the shop is adorable and I look forward to shopping there in the future for one-of-a-kind gifts and for the occasional fun treat-gift for myself.

I absolutely love the designs that come out of The Wild Orchid! They are fresh, fun, and awe inspiring. Lisa is a fantastic florist for any occasion! The store is filled with all sorts of things to look at, DONT MISS IT when you drive through town!! If it is an anniversary, a birthday, a graduation, a birth, a get well, a memorial service, or even "just because" there are lots of things to find in this gem!

Love the friendly and helpful staff. They are so pleasant. The flowers are very fresh. I only hear great things from anyone who has purchased an arrangement from The Wild Orchid. I am looking forward to needing an arrangement. This is definitely the florist I will go to. Beautiful store with a nice array of great gift items. The jewelry is very reasonably priced, many pieces are very unique.

The flowers were fine, but the delivery not-so-great. I preordered these a week in advance to be delivered to someones work on a Friday. They were delivered at 4:45pm on Friday, after shed already left work, so she was called to go back in and get them. So they had pretty much the opposite affect of what we were hoping.
