It was horrible! I had flowers scheduled to be delivered and they never showed. I attempted to call the store several times and got no answer. I sent and email and received no response . The next day when I called , I decided to cancel the order since the person receiving them would no longer be available. Two days later, I called and spoke with the manager to see when I would get my refund. She did not once apologize and just said it would be another 24 hours. The worst customer service ever!

Fair selection. Good Quality. best prices for the quality. if you have a problem you can return no questions asked. I bought my GF some roses that did not open after a week I took them in and they replaced them without a problem.
