Im not the kind of person that likes to write reviews, but this time I am very disappointed.I have ordered flowers from here twice. The first time, they were great, but they sent them on the wrong date(they were for a birthday) and I did put the date online. The second time, they called to tell me they didnt have the flowers for the arrangement I ordered online but that they could make one just as nice as the one I wanted. The arrangements did not compare. The person I sent them to sent me a picture of the flowers she got and I did not like them. She did not complain about them but I am. I called eight days ago and they said they would give me a $10 refund, still have not received it. I have attached the pictures of the flowers they sent and the flowers that I ordered. They simply dont compare.

My sister lives abroad and because of international shipping and customs, it can be hard to send her any tangible reminders that we love and miss her. Despite the challenges I am sure Marta has to navigate, she has been able to send my sister the most beautiful arrangements. I used Victoria Rose Floral for my wedding in September, and the flowers and arrangments were absolutely gorgeous! The flowers were delivered to the church and the reception site on time (which were about 35 minutes apart) and I cant tell you how many times someone commented to me on how beautiful the flowers were. The owner of the shop, Marta, has fantastic taste and gives great suggestions for arrangements. I highly recommend Victoria Rose Floral!

I had an urgent order for flowers that needed to be delivered by 10:30AM that morning to a local church. I called the shop a little after 7:30AM to leave a message. I knew they didnt open until 9AM so I didnt expect a call back until after then. Martha (owner) called me back at 7:43AM took my order and confirmed it would be delivered before 10AM. This is what customer service is all about. Absolutely the best experience ever!
