I will never do business with them again.. simple as that. I own quite a few plants purchased from them, but my most recent one was a large snake plant. They also made me purchase their potting soil, and they have the florist job; of course I am going to listen. Within about 2 months, only watering 2 or 3 times; my plant begins rotting. My neighbor notics and tells me the soil needs to be a sand-based or one that will not hold water. ( They gave me potting soil) I called in, they told me I had to bring this plant in to be seen by Kathy before they could determine how to help. I of course go in (This plant was way to expensive to die this soon!) Kathy looks it over, tells me my pot is to large (over half the plant has been removed by this time due to rot.) and that I water it too often (Thank you for pointing the finger).. She then pulled more dead out, put green dyed sticks into hold up the other partially alive leaves and sent me on my way. The rest of the plant died a week later.. THANK YOU KATHY.

Both time dive been there Ive been swindled into paying more in the end then I thought I would. Today I read the sign that said roses for $4 so I bought 3 for my girlfriend and ended up paying $21 in the end. Why you might ask? Because the lady divided to put extra "filler" flowers after I told her that I just wanted the 3 roses. She then preceded to awkwardly cover up the top half of the receipt with her hand as I signed it, obviously trying hide the individual costs of each item from me. I will not be going here ever again. I could have gotten a dozen roses with fillers at cub foods for the same price if not less.

Calling from Texas I was looking for a florist in the zip code my friend worked in and your shop came up. I had a great experience from the call to the delivery. I had flowers delivered to my BFF of many years to surprise her for her birthday. The flowers came on time and the price was just right. Her arrangement is gorgeous. She could not wait to call me and send me a picture of her large arrangement. It was exactly the flowers I requested and was beautifully done. I will again use your shop for all future deliveries I need in the Mankato area.

Great experience yesterday. Called to order flowers for my daughter at Minnesota State University Mankato. Flowers were delivered to her doom residence hall in a timely fashion. The arrangement is very full. The bright colors are just perfect for a girl to enjoy in her dorm room. The customer service on the phone was outstanding. Thank you. Best florist in town for sure! They have such a beautiful shop and their floral designs are awesome. They have so many unique things and its just so much fun coming in to browse. Every time Ive gotten a bouquet here its lasted a very long time. I can tell they use super fresh flowers and their designers are excellent at creating unique designs. Would highly recommend!

Ordered flowers for a birthday to be delivered in the morning, so they could be enjoyed all day. I called at 1:00 pm to see if they had been delivered. I was told they were just going out now. Very disappointed .
