Dawn the owner operator of this special and true to character flower shop in Watertown Mn has impressed me exponentially since ive known her with her integrity and love of what shes sooo good at! Arranging peoples lives and bringing them the freshest most beautiful flowers to her region! Some folks dont know but she has a passion for more than flowers. You can get bulk tea in many varieties as well as locally made ear candles and honey to accompany your tea selection. Dawn is a talker from the heart as well..if there were a sixth star to be had she should get it!!!

I called for a last minute flower delivery, she was so kind and helpful. She went over and above my expectations to ensure the flower arrangement was where it needed to be TODAY (ordered at 2pm) after I called several other places in the surrounding area that were unable to fulfill my request. Most amazing customer service and her empathy was amazing.

I called Watertown Floral for flowers to be delivered to my grandma. Not only were they nice and courteous on the phone but also great to my grandma when they dropped off the flowers! Went to visit her three days later and they looked amazing. All around would suggest them to anyone!
