Wow is all we can say about our experience and the service we received in ordering a floral arrangement through Curly Willow this past weekend. We have a loved one that got some devasting news over the weekend, and it was important that we get a cheerful arrangement to her as soon as we could. We were referred to Curly Willow, and we received the most phenomenal service. We spoke with Randy, and he was so kind and generous with his time. This was late in the day on a Saturday, and yet, he not only took the time to make sure we found a beautiful arrangement to send, he was flexible in putting together an arrangement per our wishes. Then he saw to it that the arrangement was delivered promptly. Our guess is that he was ready to end his day, but instead he put us first. We received a picture of the arrangement from our loved one, and it was simply BEAUTIFUL! We will definitely do business with Curly Willow again, and we will tell many others about them.

I needed to send a bouquet to Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia and found this local florist via Google (I have never been to Waconia). The saleslady was very helpful on the phone and she was able to make my bouquet and deliver it in about 2.5 hours. I was told that the bouquet arrived and was beautiful. Thanks for helping me make someones day. My only complaint is that it seems they used to offer free delivery to the hospital but now that offer has expired - even though it is still on their website (thats the only reason I gave it a 2 instead of a 3). She said she would take it off the website though, now that she knew it was still up there. Overall the price was very reasonable and comparable to nationwide delivery firms - and the delivery was faster than anything a nationwide firm could have provided.

I want to be completely honest. My experience with this business was not the best. I went to order a dozen roses for my girlfriend for Valentines day. Ordering took a very long time as it seemed neither of the women that helped me seemed to know their own computer system and when all was said and done it took them nearly 45 minutes to place my order. I had them delivered to her work place and when I saw them when she got home I was not impressed. I paid $75 for a dozen roses that were already wilting and turning brown on the petals edges. I do not recommend this business and I will not be buying flowers there again.

The customer service on the phone was good, they delivered to the Waconia hospital on time, But when I saw the arrangement for 25.00 , I was embarrest thats what she got. I HATE carnations and there was 3 red ones and purple daisies and white daisies....REALLY, never again

These guys are amazing! For many years now, twice a year (even from Africa for a couple years), I order flowers for my Grandma. Randy is so friendly and helpful, and my grandma always loves her flowers and interactions with the shop.
