I ordered the flowers a week ahead of time so there would be no problem with the delivery. When 5pm on the day they were supposed to be delivered came around the person I was sending them to had yet to receive them. When I called the shop I got a deep sigh and an attitude from the person on the phone. When I asked about the flowers she just said she didnt know when they would be sent out but possibly by the end of the day. When I asked for clarification she just hung up. I will never be using this place again and will go with the better service of one of the big online shops. These people should be ashamed of how they treat their customers and for their very poor lack of service.

I work nearby in Brooklyn Park and Laura does an arrangement every week for our front desk. Her arrangements are some of the coolest and most varied bouquets Ive ever seen! I have been so impressed with them that when my wedding anniversary came around, I decided I had to order from them - I called in the morning for a 4:30pm pickup and gave a brief description of what I was looking for and my target price. I was blown away by the quality and variety in the arrangement she put together and my wife loved it. I definitely have a new local florist.

Exceptional florist! You can walk in and have them throw together a fantastic bouquet in a few minutes. The best part is Laura will know the name of every flower and where it comes from (lots of locally grown stuff here! who wouldve known). Im always greeted with a smile and friendly chat from the wonderful people that work here! So happy to have such a great florist in the neighborhood!

I called out of the blue because it was close to us and the gal I spoke to was fast, funny, friendly, and helpful. When I said my price range she actually stuck to it even after delivery and taxes! Best part is as a guy I dont know what to get so I said give me something funky, just have fun with it... it was awesome, unique and made her day.

I called from out of state, the morning of a memorial service for my cousin. She was so helpful, compassionate and helpful. Not only did she wave the delivery fee because she already had pieces going over she made me feel like it would be the most lovely arrangement.

When I usually go there they are very friendly and considerate. But today when I went there out of the blue, the cashier lady was VERY rude and arrogant. I prefer someone else helped us next time. She was quite nosy as well and just incredibly rude.
