Okay let me tell you about my experience at Elite Car Outlet. I am a young woman and I was looking for car. I had been looking for months for a Jetta, I found one there for the price range I was looking to spend. I test drove the car and so did my brothers. Everything felt great and sounded great. We negotiated from 5000 to 5 flat out the door. After a hour or so of driving the car started to act funny. Pulling and what not. I have bought plenty of used cars in my life. I expect to have some problems with a used car. Then the next morning I brought it to my local mechanic. The trans was blown, they said the engine had been tampered with which is why it could have been driving nicely when we test drove it. THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BLOWN TRANNY! They warned me not to drive it far, they printed out all the information to tell me what was wrong and the codes. When I called them back they said the owner wasnt available, I told them what was happening. I had to call back everyday until I finally got someone to say bring it back. I bring the car back. They wanted to do their own tests to make sure I wasnt "lying". When they connected the connecter (or whatever the machine is) the guy typed in the wrong date on the car. My brother pointed it out, and had to watch over their shoulder the whole time so that they would accurately type the correct year in. Once that happened they brought me to "their" mechanic. When I got to their mechanic they had me in the waiting room for over 4 hours. The guy tests drives with me in the car and is saying things like "I told him its not driving right" Everytime I said you told him the trans is blown right? he wouldnt respond!!!!! Not only that but they spoke in spanish the whole time so I didnt know what they were saying until we actually got into my car. Once I brought the car back they finally agreed after dealing with them for 6 hours that the cars trans was actually blown. He told me I could go look at other cars and pick one out. I need a 4 cylinder because I travel a lot for school so the only 4 cylinder car was a nissan and and it was listed for the same price as the jetta. So i agreed and we went back to sign new paper work. When we were sitting down the person checking me out tells me the total comes to 5,300....I was like what? They gave me a list to choose from why would it be more? When I told him the price should be 5 flat considering thats how much we negotiated on the last car they so kindly told me I either pay the extra 300 or leave their lot with the car with a blown trans!!! AHAHAHAHAHA WHAT A JOKE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! TOTAL CON ARTISTS! Their is problems with my nissan I got from them! STEAR CLEAR! I wish I wouldve known before I bought the car their classy style! So take my advice!

Went there with all the paperwork and advised the sales man that we wanted a particular car and if would work out the deal and let us know what the finance company said, we didnt want to sit in that small cold office all saturday since we were getting ready to celebrate my sons birthday. First when we arrived we sat inthe lobby for 45 minutes before anyone would even ask us if we have been helped. Filled out the application provided pay statements and all documents needed to Chris. he advised that he would work out the financing and give us a call. That following Monday we still hadnt heard back from Chris or anyone at the car lot, so I decided to give a call. of course no one answered and I proceeded to call every day for that entire week. We are now on week three of this process and now it is becoming clear to me that if we may have been a different color we would have gotten the service that we deserve. I make 60 k a year and my husband runs his own business, we were looking for a particular car for my daughter that was reasonable in price and I could pay off in a year, all the cars on the lot are damaged in one way or the other, they even had a car listed for 13 k that didnt have an engine, I would never even consider buying a car from those prejudice pricks. Their loss not mine, still got my daughter the car that she wanted from another lot that was willing to give us the time of day

Single mom with two teens, I bought a 1999 Taurus SE with 98,000 miles here in 2012 for my daughter. Took it to a mechanic to check it out before buying it, and the mechanic said, "this is a good car. Good condition. Will last you a while." So I bought it. Elites owner wanted to make sure my daughter and I were taken care of, so he insists that "when" it breaks down, I call him to repair it. Ive been working on cars with my dad since I was 15, so naturally I got under the hood to tweak little things, like making sure the air filter was fresh, cleaning it, engine flush, etc. I found a literal rats nest in my air filter compartment. A LITERAL rats nest I had to dig out. Within a few weeks, $400 in repairs. Six months later, $600 more in repairs. $4500 later, I managed to get a full 3,000 miles out of it before it stopped running completely. Its been sitting in my driveway ever since. Now, every time we touch it, something breaks. Brake line, gas tank has a rust hole in it, alternator, computer motherboard problems, stalls inexplicably, front end spring breaks, and the list goes on and on. Since Im in Ohio now, and the title is Illinois, Im having a beast of a time unloading it to junk yards. If I could take it back to Elite and dump it on these guys and walk away, I would, but the towing expense for 500 miles would bury me. Way to take down a single mom and her kids, guys. Kudos on the win.

Bought a BMW X3 straight out, no car note. Seamless transaction. Test drive, no issues other than the traction light wouldnt go out. I asked about it and was told "I have no idea why thats on, press the button it should go out". Press the button it went off for a few mins and came back on, been on ever since. The very next day I experienced wheel hop and jerking, took the car back 50 miles away from where I live for another issue and explained the wheel hop and jerking and traction light and this time was told "thats normal for all wheel drive cars" and "I have no idea why the traction light wont go out." These words are from the "mechanic" took the vehicle to a shop closer to me and was told theres a problem with my transfer case which is attached to my transmission. Long story short in the 2wks Ive had the car its been in the shop more than its actually been driven by me and I ended up coming $2700 out of pocket the 1st 2wks of havin the vehicle. The owner told me I can bring it to them (50 miles away) and he can get me a cheaper price. I wont be doing that since I no longer trust them. I know abt 7 ppl looking to purchase new cars. Elite WILL NOT be getting a recommendation.
