I had a great experience at Auto Gallery. Ill admit, I read the negative reviews about them not allowing test drives and was initially not planning on even stopping at their place because what kind of dealer expects you to buy a car without test driving it? But since they had the car I wanted, a 2015 Buick Enclave, with the color, options and low miles I wanted at a good price, I emailed them the day before and asked if I could come in and look at it and absolutely needed a test drive before I would buy it. I told them I was already pre-approved for financing and was serious about buying a car this weekend. Sebastian emailed me back quickly, told me a test drive wouldnt be a problem and asked what time I planned to stop by so they could have the vehicle ready. Once I got there, it was immediately clear to me why random test drives for people "just kicking the tires" wouldnt work here. 95% of their inventory is VERY high end vehicles (Ferraris, Bentley, Bugatti, Maserati, etc) and they keep all of their vehicles inside their large garage. They probably had over 100 cars and they were packed in tight, so it would be a game of Tetris to get a car out to get it ready for a test drive. So I can understand why they wouldnt want to move 20 cars to allow someone who is "just looking" at cars to test drive a $90K vehicle. Nevertheless, they had the car I was interested out and ready for me to look at and take for a test drive. The vehicle was amazing and exactly what I wanted, so after the test drive, Sebastian and I sat down and started negotiating the price. I have to be honest that Ive had some very bad experiences with some real jerks during the car buying negotiation stage, but Sebastian was great. He was respectful, listened to my perspective, and worked with me to get to a price where we both felt comfortable with. The whole negotiation was less than 10 minutes and about 20 minutes later, I was driving away in my new Enclave. I was also planning on buying an extended warranty through my bank, which I thought had great rates, but Sebastian and the manager (I forgot his name) showed me a better warranty (more years/miles of coverage) for $400 less than what I was going to pay my bank. It was a no hassle pitch and I didnt feel like I was being pressured to buy their warranty (unlike other places where I spent more time arguing about whether I should buy a warranty or not then I did negotiating the price of the actual car). I highly recommend Auto Gallery. They are professional and have some amazing vehicles. If you are serious about buying something, I advise you email or call a day ahead so they can move your car out for a test drive. If you want to just test drive a fancy car that you cant/wont buy, theyre not going to waste their time moving their whole garage to get that vehicle out. Go to a regular dealership that has an army of bored salesmen who dont mind going on pointless test drives. These guys are busy and sell high end vehicles. Theyre not going to let a 19 year old come in and test drive a $80K vehicle just because. But if you are serious about buying a vehicle, these guys price their vehicles very fairly and they dont waste your time with a bunch of drama during the negotiation process. I dont work for these guys, I just know how close I was to not buying an awesome car from them because I read the negative reviews about no test drives, so I want to set the record straight so nobody else makes that mistake.

PLEASE BEFORE YOU GO HERE CONSIDER MY SITUATION FIRST I WANT TO SAVE FUTURE BUYERS! Dont trust these guys are very very shady! Believe me Im not the one to leave reviews but looking at what going through, on top of how STEVE and PETER treating me right now is flat out wrong. Dont waste you time or money here if your not buying an exotic car like the other guy said! They dont care about the younger middle class guys like me who works pay check to pay check. I bought a 2006 infiniti g35 coupe what a nice looking car it is and thats about all I can say about the car I bought from here. They deny they knew anything was wrong with it. So I leave the lot the gas tank looks to be on full so I thought they did me a favor. No my car stopped on me in the middle of traffic the same damn day I bought it and the meter said it had gas in it. Come to find out it has a bad gas sending unit. Yeah I called Peter HE LOOKED IT UP HIMSELF AS IF HE ALREADY LNEW WHAT IT WAS and he suggested that I take it to his guy who could fix but I had to pay for it! he refused to fix and I swer this was all in the same day! REALLY THIS HAPPEN TO ME THE SAME DAY I LEFT THE LOT I TRUSTED THESE GUYS TO PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER KNOWING I WAS DRIVING MILES BACK TO WISCONSIN HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO YOUR CUSTOMER. Then u sign a paper stating they would work with you to resolve any problems in the transaction. But Peter did nothing but debate with me on how he wont do it because its as is I cant believe how money hungy and disloyal these guy were to me. I SAVED UP 8500 to buy my dream car and I had nothing but problems since the very first day I drove it off the lot and all STEVE can say is they dont expect there cars they just get in and drive them then sell them. Not even a full 4 months down the line, converter bad $1400 fix sending unit $500 fix brakes and rotors $300 fix radio omg $1000 fix. Im 24 year old hard working young man how could I pay for all this or better yet why should I have to when all these things happened back after back within 3.5 months JUST FLAT OUT WRONG I CALLED STEVE TODAY HE COMPLETELY DEBATED WITH ME AND AGRUED ME OFF THE PHONE WHEN HE HIMSRLF ASSURED ME BOTHING WAS WRONG THIS CAR. THIS IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE AND I WILL GO TO THE FURTHEST EXTINT TO GET JUSTISE FROM THESE GUYS NOBOBY DESERVES THIS!

I purchased a 2011 Audi A8L from them in early June. The deal and the experience was very straight forward and quick. We agreed on the price difference between my 2008 Audi A8 and the 2011 that I purchased and I cut them a check and was on my way. I told the owner (Peter) that I realized I was purchasing a 3 year old Audi with no warranty but if something major "popped" up in the first week of ownership would they help me and do the "right" thing? "Yeah no problem" was his response. 48 hours after I got the car home; the "airbag" light came on. I called Peter the following day and he assured me it had to be a "sensor". I had my mechanic in Wisconsin (where I live) do the 55k maintainance on the vehicle and he diagnosed either a "faulty" connection or a "bad" passenger air bag which would cost $1600 to replace. I called Peter back and he said "bring it down to my mechanic" and he will find the problem. On August 7th I took it down to Auto Gallery (90 miles from where I live) and Had his mechanic " Juan" look at it. He thought it was originally a " bad Passenger Airbag" but after the Auto Gallery salesman (Bob) talked to him it suddenly it was a "loose wire" or a "bad contact" He "fixed" it charged me $210 and sent me on my way. 24hrs later the "Airbag" light was on again. I called Auto Gallery again left word for Peter to call me on 2 different occasions and he has not returned the call. That was 2 weeks ago. So I now have the Vehicle at INTERNATIONAL AUDI in Milwaukee where I am having the airbag module replaced for $1600+. I never expected or would have I bought this vehicle with a bad airbag. I also know that this airbag fault code had been reset over 20 times. Clearly the previous owner of the vehicle or Auto Gallery knew of the problem. I have purchased many vehicles, new and used. I never expected Auto Gallery to take care of the entire cost but they should have contributed or "split" the repair cost and been upfront about the problem. My advice to anybody reading this is you better buy the vehicle "cheap" enough from these folks because you are totally on your own; even if you are buying a $40,000 + car.
