My wife and I were interested in purchasing a lightly used BMW X5. Our searches brought us to Global Luxury Imports, and admitingly I had a few reservations initially doing any sort of business that is not a BMW network of dealers. I couldnt have been more wrong. The service shown by the entire dealership staff was beyond spectacular and exceeded all my customer service expectations. Sultan and his associates have created the most pleasurable car buying experience in the Chicagoland area. I can say that confidently after years of purchasing multiple luxury vehicles from multiple dealership networks. Nothing compares. The crew was so nice that on our way out of the dealership after completing all the paperwork and taking delivery of our car, stopped us to ask us to join them for lunch, as they catered in pizza. In fact, they then extended the invite to all patrons in the showroom. These guys are a class act and the service offered, not to mention the expansive vehicles showcased, made me a return customer for many years. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed. My wife is currently enjoying her new 2014 BMW X5 and we couldnt be happier with the entire experience.

Their tag line "WHERE INTEGRITY, VALUE, AND SERVICE COME TOGETHER" is laughable. Inquired about a vehicle featured online. Contacted GLI about a vehicle featured online by phone. Subsequently made an offer in writing via email. They accepted in writing. They took a $1,000 down payment via credit card over the phone. And since I was traveling we mutually agreed I would come to their location two weeks later for inspection and final purchase - again in writing. The post-transaction PO they emailed back included this interesting statement: "Note: The depositi given by a Customer holds the price of the car, but does not hold the car. GLI reserves the right to sell the vehicle or cancel the deal until such time the car was paid in for in full with a signed contract by GLI." INTEGRITY? Never was this discussed or alluded to during telephone or email correspondence. One week later I received an email informing me the owner of GLI decided to sell the vehicle to the landlord of his building! Adding insult to injury, it took an email reminder from me and 12 days to get my $1,000 deposit credited back to my card. These guys are snakes - beware!!

These guys are the biggest scum on earth. Went in on Friday 7/7 to look at a 2011 BMW 550i which was showed to me by Andrew. I liked the car a lot, we ran a credit app to which point Andrew said that their guy at the bank wasnt there so that they want to wait till Saturday to run it, and that he would call me once they got a response. I agreed and left a $500 deposit on the car so that it wouldnt be sold. On Saturday after not hearing from them all day I called twice and both times they said they would call me back which never happened. Come Monday morning I contacted Andrew at which point he said I wasnt approved, and I told him that I would callback with a co signer at which point he attempted to persuade for a different car with a lower price. I said I was settled with that car and would callback. Come Monday afternoon I callback and Andrew tells me that apparently the car has transmission issues. WHAT A JOKE. Its obvious that they sold the car with a deposit on it, totally unethical. Would never recommend these people to anybody! Will be filing a report with the general attorney as well.

Purchased a nearly showroom new 2008 Z51 Vette on a Saturday evening. The team was friendly and professional and understand what I was looking for. The people here understand driving. I paid a fair price and received outstanding service, form a final "clean" touch-up on the car to loaning me an IPass so I didnt have to feed the baskets on the way home. I was also presently surprised to leave the dealership with plates on the car and avoiding the stop at the DMV. I might have found a similar car at a better price, but I left with peace of mind knowing the detailed history of a well taken care of ride. I would buy again form this dealership and highly recommend you consider them if they have a ride of interest to you.

i made a deal on a 458 ferrari and sent over a deposit. They were to mail out papers over night for me to sign, I never recieved them I have emailed the saleman numerous of time through out the whole next week and he periodically would reply. After a week I called and he said the car was sent to Ferrari because there were issues with it. I called Ferrari and they never seen the car. At this point I knew they were lying. So I got a hold of the GM and he said they had sold the car to someone else. This is poor business and customer service I suggest never to buy a car from these guys ever.

I purchased my new BMW X5 from Global Luxury Imports about two weeks ago, and Ive been on cloud 9 ever since then... My sales person Arthur, as well as Al and Mike were very helpful, and they worked to make sure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. My Beamer was in such pristine condition, that it looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. I had planned on writing this review sooner, but I havent sat still since I got the new car! Thanks for the the friendly and professional way you do business!

Working with Al and Mike and Global Luxury Imports was an excellent experience. I hate the process of buying cars and can become very indecisive. Al responded to all of my questions with patience and accommodated me where he could the only thing he didnt do was just give me the car. Working with Arthur and Global Luxury Imports was an excellent experience. Arthur was very patient and answered all my questions while buying my Range Rover. Im a Range Rover fan I love this truck!! When I brought my car in for service, Amanda was helpful & pleasant to speak with. When I lost my key she called me to walk me through the claim process. Easy in and out I will definitely recommend Global Luxury imports!

If you like customer service this place isnt for you. Walked in and wasnt greeted by anyone for 20 minutes. Started to browse cars while waiting to meet with an salesman, but while we were doing so employees are in their offices sitting on their phones. Im better off going to a Carmax at this point.
