I have to echo what other customers have said in their reviews - buying from Joe and his team was hands-down the best car shopping experience Ive had and Ive bought several cars from several other area dealers in the last couple of years. Joe had the exact car my wife and I were looking for. We had never bought from the store but decided to go look at the vehicle. We went in and everyone on Joes team was friendly and helpful. Within a matter of minutes we were on a test-drive - no weird drama, sales games or waiting. We returned and I asked for the car to be washed (it had been sitting outside overnight & rained) and since we stopped by without an appointment they hadnt had a chance to clean it. Joes team brought it right back and set to detailing it - even thought a simple rinse was all that was needed. I was very impressed. They also accommodated my request to have the vehicle raised up on one of their lifts so I could look underneath. The vehicle checked out and was everything they said it was. When it came time to negotiation, I was so pleasantly surprised. My wife and I had been car-shopping and frankly, quite tired of all the games other places have tried. Joe was straight-forward, honest and very workable with what we wanted. I cant stress enough how, dare I say, pleasurably the whole experience was. We love our car (after a month of ownership) and have nothing but positive things to say about Joe and his team. If youre in the market, theyre worth a look.

I inquired about a work van on their website. A lady called me back and answered all my questions (very friendly).She also said that they close at 7.I got there at 6:15 and was met at a closing gate by a rude skinny guy with Velcro shoes, saying that they close at 6.Nevertheless he let me in to take a look at the truck. His knowledge of the trucks were minimal at best.He just followed me around with no enthusiasm or desire to sell,I hope hes not one of their salesman or theyre in trouble.I did not like the initial truck that I came there for but I noticed another one.I asked if I can start it up,he responded "I dont have the keys with me".Maybe I should have begged him to get them and sell me a truck.If you show up at a big Ford dealership or Chevy past their closing time they will treat you like they just opened.I guess thats why theyre BIG and these guys are small.Possibly the worse experience with a car dealer.

My original review I was going to post was very long with many details however I decided to shorten it because most people look for making a quick decision based on concrete information. Gmotorcars; Joe the owner, his father Henry, Matt the auto technician and everybody who works there are AMAZING!!! When you walk in you immediately feel like a part of a family! They are very warm people that you feel comfortable being around. They’re right there for you, from the first time you walk in, to the entire process of purchasing an automobile, to answering emails instantly if there is a question you have or appointment for service you’d like to make - always ready to assist you. There is even no doubt in my mind to say that these days service like that is almost impossible to find! You are lucky if you find it – trust me, you just did!

I bought a chevy 3500 cargo express van from them about three months ago. With in the first few weeks the radiator had to be replace. They did a sloppy job of installing the radiator so the oil coolant line was leaking .I took it to my mechanic so it was fixed right.. Then the door handle that they glued on came off. The transmission has to be fixed already. Along with the abs system. I had to have a new valve stem installed because it was in two pieces and couldnt put air in it. When discount tire removed the tire they discovered on the back of the tire a big chunk of rubber was missing and someone colored it in with black marker. This van is a 2008 and I paid $11,000 for it Im very un happy with it. Dont let them fool you with the line that Joes father has worked for gm for over 20 years we can fix it

Needed a car for my mother in law whose previous car finally blew a transmission. They had a Buick in stock with low miles that was perfect to what we needed it for. Called them up late on a Tuesday night before they closed and asked if they will hold it for us till we get there. (We live in another State). We arrived and the car was parked in detail because of the bad weather.. It looked brand new. Maggie treated us right, took her time going over the vehicle and test drive. We have never felt more satisfied with a purchase... Its nice to know you have a go to dealer when needed. Rocky

One of the best auto buying experiences I have had. From the min you walk in, you feel right at home. They are very professional and honest. Not to mention, the pricing for their inventory is hard to beat. I couldnt find another deal within 500 miles that could beat Gmotors prices. Bottom-line, we will be buying here again. Thank you Joe! You are changing the way many feel about buying cars, and its great to know you can share such saving to us consumers! I have also used their mechanics and detail shop for our fleet... Again, great pricing and honest work! Cant beat that now-a-days!

Under no circumstances would I ever purchase a car from this company again. I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Joe Mok. The car ended up having multiple issues with it including a blown head gasket, bad transmission, engine sludge, and a rusted through muffler. Save yourself time and money and take your car elsewhere. This company is not a good place to purchase a car and should be avoided at all costs. Joe is more interested in making a sale than making sure he get long lasting customers. Dont be fooled by the other reviews on here that just happen to be his co-workers and family.

I just want to give a special thanks to the whole team they did everything they can to make sure we walked out in something safe for my little family. But a bigger and special thanks to Maggie and Joe they are truly a blessing not only did we walk out with a decent car they made sure it was safe and gave some exceptional service no matter what got in the way of our transaction they made it work I would call it magic. My whole family and I have purchased multiple vehicles through GMotorcars. I recently bought a Mercedes Benz and couldnt be happier. I never had to question the quality of any vehicle and would 100% recommend Gmotors to anyone. They have made my car shopping experiences great with being honest, friendly and fast. I have never had the best credit score but they always make it work, my monthly payments are very affordable .I will continue to purchase my vehicles through them and I now live 350 miles away.
