Its mighty funny that all of the one star reviews are customers who werent actual customers and are false reviews. I purchased a vehicle and upon signing the contract I was told that a part that was needed for the interior would be ordered and put on in a few days. Its been months. Soon after I bought the car, the brakes went out, I had engine problems, and the sensor malfunctioned. Frontier had nothing to do with the repairs. They gave me the runaround for weeks talking about their mechanic was on vacation, or I had no appointment (which in fact I did) among other foul tactics. Also, I received a letter in the mail stating their was a check for me there and when I got there, they told me another story. Never-mind my talking to a different salesperson everyday for a straight week trying to determine when a certain person is going to be in (apparently only one person is allowed to release checks), no one said anything different. So you can imagine my dismay when I finally get there and yet I walk out with no money. When I tried to explain that the miscommunication was on their part, I was insulted, talked down to, and dismissed. I will never do business with them again! I encourage everyone to fully research this place before considering conducting any type of business with them. Dont make the same mistake I did.

I PURCHASED MY 1ST VEHICLE IN 1995 AND SINCE HAVE PURCHASED ALL MY VEHICLES FROM FRONTIER. THE FINANCE MANAGER HAS WORKED WITH ME SINCE AND I HAVE REFERRED MANY FRIEND AND FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ALSO PURCHASED VEHICLES AT FRONTIER MOTOR CARS AND WE ARE ALL AMERICANS..LOL BY THE WAY I FOUND THAT COMMENT TO BE VERY RACIAL AND I DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING LIKE THAT FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEIR STAFF IS FILLED WITH ALL RACES BLACK,WHITE, AND HISPANICS. SOUNDS LIKE BASHING FRONTIER WAS ALL PART OF HIS PLAN (ALOT OF ANGER BUDDY) I GUESS THAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU DONT PAY A BILL YOU GET REPOSSESSED! I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT NEVER HAPPENED TO ME! I JUST PURCHASED A 2006 MONTE CARLO FOR THE 5TH TIME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE CAR AND FRONTIER. THE COLLECTION TEAM IS GREAT AND IF YOU COMMUNICATE THEY WORK WITH YOU AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS GREAT TOO FOR EXAMPLE; I CAN SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR BRAKES AND IF SOMETHING ELSE IS NEEDED THE TECH WILL LET YOU KNOW THE PRICE AND WHAT IS NEEDED SO YOU CAN MAINTAIN THE SITUATION BEFORE IT WORSEN. AS THE SAYIN GOES, "YOUR CAR IS LIKE A CHILD, YOULL NEVER KNOW WHEN IT IS GOING TO GET SICK"! (TAKE CARE OF IT.) AFTER READING THE REVIEWS I JUST HAD TO GIVE A REVIEW CAUSE IT COULD HAPPEN ANYWHERE ITS HOW YOU GO ABOUT THE SITUATION TO HELP IT.

When my husband and I moved to Milwaukee 13 years ago and shopped around for a vehicle we went to at least a dozen car lots only to be told time after time, we cant help you, you have no credit history or you dont have good enough credit. We had our first child on the way and needed a reliable car and soon! We ended up at Frontier and after meeting Mary, the owner we knew we were home. She went out of her way to put us at ease and to help us find financing and she helped us find a very affordable and nice car. That first vehicle was a Jeep. Since then weve purchased a GMC Jimmy, a gorgeous Explorer, a sporty Pontiac Grand Am and now a super nice Chevy Impala. I can not say enough nice things about Mary and the people at Frontier Motors. I tell everyone who is looking for a vehicle to go to Frontier. You cant go wrong!

I really liked an Bonneville they had to sell and I needed a car fast. After taking on a test drive I noticed the ABS light came on. I asked about it not being a car mechanic, I was told that that light comes on when the ABS system engages, so it was working correctly. I bought the car and ended up taking it to a shop, they told me the brakes were shot and explained that the ABS light comes on when it is NOT functioning correctly. Thanks for helping strenghten what Ive always thought of snake oil handlers known as car dealers. It must be at least one honest one out there, I still have yet to find that dealer.

My husband and I walked in and told them what car we wanted with in a few hours we were driving off w/ the car that we wanted no hassle!! They can even locate the car you want even if its not on there lot. The sale person didnt try to put us in a different car, he was very honest and upfront with us and we really appreciated that!!! The financing was easy... As 1-2-3 they also have there own finance company, for people with not the best credit. They also have beautiful luxury cars here i recommenend this place to everyone i know!!

Thanks to Frontier I purchased 3 vehicles..the last vehicle I purchased was to get around in the winter an 88 Honda Accord (love it!!) Along with every one else who always tries to offer me money for the Honda, I could not sell my car it has been dependable. Thanks Frontier with you I built my credit score to a 600 and all because I paid my bill on time.. Plus they were always willing to help me when I needed service on my vehicle..

Honestly, Daniel you lack credibility.. PEOPLE: He is guilty of racialism, race baiting and racial profiling.!! I think it is totally disgusting.! Sounds like he lost his car for non-payment and is mad and that disgusting post is his only retaliation. And new flash "DANIEL," you bought a used car, it is NOT a LEMON.! I would like to say Thank You to Mary and the Frontier staff.. My car was totalled in an accident and went to Mary for a reliable car and the car she choose for me I couldnt be happier. My credit isnt the best and Mary worked with my credit so I could have a the car that was right for me. Thank you for all the help.

Frrontier Motors has excellent financing with honest sales men. I built up my credit score and with that said has opened many more doors. This is my second vehicle with Frontier Motors, and I recommend them to all! Thanks a bunch Frontier Motors. When you stop by ask for Mark!!!! Hes great!!!!!!!!

Applied online. No one ever called me or got back to me except 2 emails and that was it. Guess Im not important to them and I had people tell me that this was the place to talk to. Im disabled and need a more reliable car but I guess Ill have to take my business elsewhere.

I recently purchased a vehicle and was treated very good and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I never heard of this car lot before and would highly recommend it to other people I know in the market for a vehicle. The selection I had to choose from was Great.
