Bought a car from this place, Car was marked as a 04 nissan 1.8S but was actually a 1.8, on the website was said to have keyless entry but the car actually doesnt. Had a lot of minor problems, was missing a seat belt click and the little hose that connects to the spray of the windshield wipers was not connected, leaving me with no windshield cleaner to be sprayed on when the windshield gets foggy. In the inside, glove box falls out and doesnt stay in properly, the mirror on the passenger side, fell off as if it was temporarily fixed to sell. The audio programming system doesnt work ! Only right side of the car has sound. Leaving me to have to spend $160 for a new one. Havent had the car more than 3 days and already have these minor problems. Will update if I have any major problems with the car. (Like new battery, alternator, engine or any lights on the dash board, which it doesnt right now and hope not to get any for a long while ) The car has 85k miles, which in my opinion is not too bad but felt the price was a little high for a basic car with roll up windows, and no keyless entry ( as stated on the website that it had key less entry ). Would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership AT ALL!! For a car with 85k miles, has too many problems! Dont waste your time even looking there.

At first I thought Jeff was a really good honest guy. But then realized after an hour leaving the lot check engine light goes on. I got it checked out and it was catalytic converter he said it was a sensor to bring to his mechanic down the street. The same mechanic that certifies the car. So an hour later I get the car and take it home. Within a week later light goes back on and I get it read and its catalytic converter again so I go back and he sends me to the mechanic who quoted me 600$. I didnt get it done at the time because I felt pissed off that I was ripped off big time and it actually took a few days because I thought him and the mechanic were honest. Dont ever trust anyone. I believe that they unplugged my battery two different times and said they fixed it. When I got my emissions paper I failed due to converter and I went back to his mechanic and it was now 1400$ to fix it. Luckily I found another mechanic who did it for just under 600$. I will never go to Jeff nor refer him to anyone again. He is a liar and hes good at it. He sold me a car knowing it would cost over the price in repairs over the next year. The first year I owned it I put around 3000$ in it and the car is worth less then that. One of the worst mistakes of my life.

worst experience buying a car ever. I have a family and was in need of a van/sub.I went straight to ringa due to guaranteed credit approval and close proximity to my residence. I got a heck of a deal on a van or thought I did. there has been problems from the start including electrical and mechanical. Im not an unfair person so I gave ringa an opportunity to fix the issues almost every Saturday for 2 months straight. Needless to say ringa blew me off shortly after I spoke of a transmission problem and now my transmission went out with my fiance ,my 7 year old son, and my 3 week old daughter in the car while driving on Rand road. I have made numerous attempts in contacting ringa and now he is avoiding my calls. this is a prime example of what this Guy stands by.

When looking for a used minivan to purchase Ringa Auto Sales was one of the few dealers I found on Craigslist that actually had decent pictures and information about the vehicles. Many leave off the mileage wanting you to call them at least. Jeff Ringa went out of his way to show me the minivan when it fit my schedule and Im glad we purchased from him. He was very honest about everything on the vehicle and the purchase process was extremelly efficient. The minivans first trip was cross county to Arizona and then to Vegas and back. It has been a great vehicle and a very comfortable ride. We are very glad we purchased from him and I would highly recommend Ringa Auto Sales to anyone looking for a great used vehicle.

Found this dealership on ebay and bought a truck from them this week. Everything went off without a hitch. Truck was just as described in listing and in great shape. I dealt directly with Jeff Ringa (the owner) and he answered all my questions by either email or phone. Without having to deal with the middle man car dealer and going straight to the owner there was great communication and no games that you may find at other dealerships. I would definatly suggest Jeff and his business to anyone that is thinking about buying a vehicle.
