We already had a great experience getting a car for our daughter, so I gave Doug a call when we were in the market to replace my wifes car . He had a perfect option that was in incredible shape, with low miles. Doug was super flexible with his hours, and we fell in love with the car right away after taking it for a drive. He also gave us a really fair trade in value for our old car, which made the process super efficient! I was again impressed with how professional and informative the visit was. I feel much more comfortable with the transparency and honesty coming from this dealership, especially after getting cars from some of the bigger dealerships in the past. While at other dealerships Ive felt rushed and pressured, I can tell that Doug wants his customers to be well informed and confident in their decision to buy. Hes clearly more interested in building customers for life than getting a quick sale. Because of that, I plan on coming back here for all of my future needs. Thanks again.

Really a great car buying experience. The team at American Auto definitely doesnt fit the "used car dealer" stereotype. They went out of their way to make sure that I got the easiest car buying experience they could provide. I bought a Ford Escape from them and Doug did a great job of answering any questions that I had about the vehicle and provided me with a CarFax report right away. They dont try to hid things from the purchaser or rip you off. Doug provided me with a great price for a great car. Really blown away by how professional this team was.

Best car buying experience I have had in 20 yrs. Easy to talk to, no pressure, and even suggested other vehicles that werent on craiglist site in my price range. My employer has bought 2 used trucks from them for snow plowing. A dodge ram that has lasted 6 years now and a Silverado thats going on 2 years with no major issues on either. I personally bought a jeep and its fantastic. Will return to buy again when the time comes. Its hard to find a dealer that will do things honest and right these days...but I have found one that is.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of everyone who worked there, the price we paid for the car, and the speed of the transaction. It was so great to deal directly with the owner, Doug, instead of some salesperson who has to keep going back and forth to check with his boss. Weve bought a lot of cars, and this was one of the top two car-buying experiences we have ever had.

I had been looking for a clean 4x4 for several months and didnt find anything I liked at a dealer or private party that was in my price range until I looked at American Auto. I just picked up a clean 2000 Silverado, this truck is really sharp looking with tons of accessories and would have easily been priced out of my price range if it was at any other dealer. The owner Doug is great guy and easy to deal with and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out.

Bought my first car from American Auto. Was given a great deal for a great car! The owner is really friendly and they even put in new brakes and blacked out the rims really well. Even though it was my first time buying a car, Ive heard so many troubles about going to big dealerships and people being sneaky and not very honest/straightforward with you. I experienced none of that here and have to say Ill be coming back next time.

I bought my car a few years ago from American Auto. I was so pleased with the service, I had my mom go through them as well. The owner is friendly, and staightforward. I would recommend American Auto to anyone that doesnt want to deal with the run around stress of a larger dealership.
