I visted the dealer on Memorial Day to take a look at a new pick up truck. I was greeted at the door and introduced to the truck manager. They asked for my license and then asked to take a seat. Ive owned many jeeps and ram vehicles. My wife drives a caravan and I a ram truck. All I wanted was to See the truck. Manager asks for my insurance which I dont know why he needs my insurance to unlock a door, but anyways. Once I mentioned I had been to another dealer and didnt have much time he responds " are you ready to buy the truck today or not?? Because if not then I have lots to do! Im looking at a 50k plus truck and I think I have the right to visit any and all dealers of my choosing if I want. As a returning customer I was treated badly. I was going to buy that truck but they can thank there manager on losing a loyal customer. I wont be going back to purchase or service my vehicles again!

2016 Ram 3500 CREW CAB BIG HORN CUMMINS DIESEL. Ben I need help dealing with these maggots at Chrysler customer care unit. Im not blaming you, but this is ridiculous. Defective paint on my brand new truck. What a drag! My truck was either repainted from transport damage or the factory where it was painted must just have a bunch of inept HACKS in charge of quality control. Please reach out to someone for me. Im pissed the F@€¥ off! Chryslers reputation will NEVER change period. Look at Detroit ! The apple dont fall far from the tree. You have my contact info. I hope to hear back from you by the end of this week. Ive been humiliated long enough. Had a appointment this week at body shop to get truck repainted only to be told Chrysler put my APPROVED WARRENTY claim on hold for legal reasons. Whats up with that?

"Characteristic of the vehicle" and "Unable to reproduce"- If servicing your vehicle with Liberty Jeep, these will become standard responses for any issues of which normally get repaired under warranty. Persistent smell of coolant, rattling headliner, flickering headlights, and the occasional engine surge; all of these "alleged" concerns (as the service writers phase it) considered perfectly normal. And the best part- The car has 10k on it and havent even owned for a year.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! The salesman (Lance) was very nice and very helpful! We went only "just to look at jeeps" that day and lance was so helpful, patient, very informative about the jeeps. I instantly saw and fell in love with a black 2017 Jeep Renagade!I winded up buying the jeep that i wanted, for the price i wanted,and car payment i was looking for! Excellent experience from beginning to end thanks to Floor Manager Celeste and Jeff in the Business office. We worked out a deal for our 2017 Grand Cherokee Limited before I walked into the showroom on Memorial Day and thanks to some incredible technology in the business office we completed the paperwork in about 15 minutes. I had a great experience here. This was my 3rd new wrangler purchase so I new exactly what I wanted with what options & colors. I had shopped at 3 other local dealers and found their salesman Vince, to be the most effective at taking his time to get the right Wrangler with all the options I requested at the right price. They also gave me a great trade in beating what Carmax quoted. I would buy from Vince and again. I finally found a car salesman I could trust.

Poor customer service just like the rest of the car dealers. First couldnt give me a receipt, had to mail it. Secondly, you never performed a wheel alignment, charged me for it, and never received documentation. I called today and was hung up on right away as if they didnt want to answer the phone. Third, want me to take time out of my day to bring it a week later just for a wheel alignment that you failed to do wtf.

Celest Was and is amazing! My wife Gwen and I are currently in a tough spot with financial difficulties! However, she worked patiently with us and pulled magic that no other dealer could do! Recently had transmission service and cool at flush done on a Dodge Ram pickup. The next day at home, I checked the transmission fluid level and found it low by 1 quart which I added myself. While under the hood, I also noticed that the coolant level in the reservoir tank was also below the acceptable range. 2 very simple jobs and both done wrong. I wont be having any further service done at Liberty.
