I bought a used washer and dryer here and it works OK. The installers did not install properly. After reading the manual online I learned that the machines must be leveled perfectly at installation and the feet on the bottom are supposed to be turned until it sits perfectly level. The installers did not level it at all. When I tried to discuss some concerns with them when they arrived to install they were condescending towards me and acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. I had told them that the washer must be installed with a steel braided hose to prevent water leaks and dryer should have a rigid metal pipe - not a flexible foil one. I had to have them come out a second time to redo the installation. They still did not level the machine. Partly my fault because I wasnt aware that it needed to be leveled by turning the feet until I got around to reading the manual and then realized the installers had done it wrong. Meanwhile, Im living with the annoying vibrations shaking the whole house every time I used the machine. I then found out that having the machine leveled is imperative to prevent damage to your machine, and I also think the vibration is bad for your foundation. I live in a historic 1920s house over a crawlspace and the constant vibration cant be good. By the time I got around to calling the company after my handyman said he didnt know how to fix it they said it was out of warranty and wouldnt do anything. Also the washer and dryer leaves black marks on my white sheets and linens. They gave me some tips on how to clean it but it still hasnt gone away completely. I do not recommend this place. I originally thought about getting some other appliances here and then checked prices and found I can get new appliances for cheaper than used ones. Im very unhappy with their decision not to rectify the mistake their installers made.

This has to be one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I went into the store on a Saturday and was told that my appliance would not be delivered until Monday. I was slightly upset but told that rep that was fine. He then advised me that the man that would be delivering the appliance would call be before hand to setup a time. I explained at that time that I would not be available until after 6pm he stated that was fine they would call and set this up for me. So I call late in the evening on Monday asking why I havent received a call from them I was then advised that they had called me and there was no response. I then asked them why didnt they leave a message so that I could follow up with them. The driver lied and said that they did when I have had my phone on me all day and did not show one missed call or voicemail. I have now received a call saying that they will deliver on Tuesday I advised her of the same thing that I would not be available until after 6pm and was promised a Monday delivery. She then offered to deliver on Saturday I then told them I was not going to wait an entire week after they had already been paid for the appliance and would be in for a refund. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!!!!!

Watch out! Bought a thousand dollar frig and told it was great. It had a shelf bracket screw missing that they said they would fix but they just put a cosmetic screw in, shelves all crooked. Got the thing and a ton of problems started immediately. Wouldnt stay on, wouldnt cool, wouldnt make ice, temp gauges wouldnt register correctly. Called Samsung and they said it was a bad board. Called VG and they said they didnt deliver so they wouldnt come out, I had to drag it back to them if I wanted it checked out. Keep in mind, this is less than twenty four hours from pickup. Stay way clear of this place.

Worst place to ever buy an appliance. Our fridge stopped cooling within one week . They refused to come out because we picked it up originally. After 3 days they sent service who only heard it running and left saying that is was norman for a fridge to be 60 degrees inside. We tried calling the Manager Maria several times but they saw our number on caller ID and would not answer. After 1 week they exchanged the fridge but we had to pick up and return the old one. We waited 24 hours to plug the unit in and it died 6 hours later. NEVER NEVER trust these people.

This place is awesome!! There are a bunch of appliances of different brands and sizes. Only took me about 5 minutes to pick out a washer, then just another 5-10 minutes to check out. Ive taken longer to pick out new jeans! The process was so simple. They could have delivered it the next day, but we didnt need it just yet - so they brought it out that weekend. The delivery and installation fee seemed quite reasonable to me, and when they got to the house, they were in and out in 10 minutes, tops. And so far, so good! It works great!!

My grandmas fridge completely died on her and she is elderly so I needed to take care of it quickly. My husband and I came in to V&G based on a friends recommendation and we were able to quickly and easily find a fridge that would work for her, and was within a pretty small budget. The sales guys here are so nice and helped us along, and the fridge was delivered that same day. Really good service and selection!

Not the most elegant place, they can definitely tidy up a bit, so there was a bit of skepticism there, but they do have some great prices and lots of appliances to choose from, the staff was very friendly and they were also willing to work on prices with me considering I was taking several things, over all Im satisfied with my experience there and highly recommend them,

Bought a Samsung worked great the first 2 weeks and then it stopped cooling... Service came out and fixed it and now it is doing the same thing not cooling. So, this is the 3rd time i have had food spoil and when I call or go up to the store the associates act as if this is normal! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They are stealing peoples money and selling lemon appliances!

The place looked great in my view, and the employees seemed like they work hard to get what the customer needed. I went in, and saw great prices that were amazing, so i bought some nice looking furniture and in my opinion it was sweet so i guess i recommend these guys for furniture and other product, but i dont know much about the appliances, but they look great!

Bought a Samsung side by side didnt work. It has been replaced 3 times and the 3rd one still doesnt cool. Bought a dryer and washer. Washer is having balancing issues and now I have to call them again to either fix it or replace it. Would not recommend buying there.

Bought washer dryer. Dryer very loud with turning problem 1st day. Washer wouldnt spin after 1st use. Highly upset about this company. Had trouble setting an early appointment for repair. Do not get anything from this company!!! You will regret it...! Trust me
