Horrible the customer service is a disgrace... The post 2 times I have shopped there I have left unhappy by the rude employees.. after a certain time you can only check out in self checkout which is fine but today I was paying with a gift card which I verified my balance before and after my trip to Wal-Mart I have had issues with gift cards scanning in the past and it may have taking alittle time to resolve the issue but I always managed to have a successful outcome well my card would not scan I asked the lady standing there to assist me and she never moved from where she was standing and said oh Im well why wont it scan? well since she obviously was not capable of coming top the machine and already making an attempt my husband walked to customer service where an assist manager and another employee were standing well before be could even get all the way to the counter the lady employee standing with the assist manager starting shaking her had at him as if to say they were not available to assist well meanwhile the employee at self checkout began begging the manager to please come assist because she didnt know what to do its unfortunate when it takes begging to get your manners attention well then the lady at customer service told my husband there was nothing they could do maybe he should call the number on the back of the card... Well ultimately after me and the manager got into a back and forth argument I chose to pay with cash because I was so upset at the way we were being treated by people who were supposed to be professionals... I went shop here and I recommend going to the Wal-Mart on pleasant hill I well travel to avoid this place they need to all be retained on resPect and customer service skills complete disgrace

The store manager Kishwana was the most unprofessional staff member in the store. My husband and I came in for wine at 11:37p realizing they would not be able to ring up our purchase after 12a. We stood in line for 15 minutes line wrapped around the corner and asked Kishwana if someone or another line could be opened she said no. Then we get to our turn they shut down the register, so now we cant make our purchase THEN opened up another line AND self check out. They tell us to go to self checkout and that the other girl would ring us up but not our wine. The other girl that we originally stood in line with logs in to the system at self checkout as if to check us out. We get out of line, walk over to self checkout and the girl goes back to our register and tells us we can check ourselves out. I will NEVER shop here, the staff was the worst. Clearly none of them like their job. They werent helpful and shouldnt be a representation of Walmart. I will continue to notify the general manager and whomever else needs to know how their night staff is handling customers.

So I lost the receipt with his name on it. I hate that places review workers on surveys, because most people write when they are pissed. But not this girl!!! SHANE has saved the day twice Ive been in late night with my 7 month old!!! The last time it was raining cats and dogs and he helped me with the fire wood I was buying! I also like that the manager is visible via photos and presence over the store. It shows accountability, and Ive approached him with an issue I had, and he did address it right there about ordering something they were consistently out of. As a lady with a baby, the other staff has been more than helpful as well. I had one lady help me unload my car one day as I was carrying my baby. One night when we were both sick, I had to get a vicks humidifier, and a staff member stopped what he was doing to help me get one off of the top shelf. Besides a few times there was only one cashier and not to many self check outs open late at night, Ive been more than happy with this store, staff and 24 availability! Thank you all very much!!!

It beats driving all the way to Ashford Dunwoody Walmart when I only need a few items. But the pricing is higher than Super Walmart. I googled that to make sure that it wasnt my imagination that the prices are too high. According to what I found on Google, they are making us pay for the convenience of having a neighborhood Walmart. Makes no sense to me at all, because Super Walmart is also convenient to those living in that area. This neighborhood Walmart also has minimal selection choices, understandably I suppose. I really would like to give them two stars, but I give the third star mainly for the convenience of not having to drive to Super Walmart when I only need two or three items.

Very friendly better than majority of Walmart super stores. I stop shopping in the super stores, because of poor customer service, and alot of incident with expired food ( months expired) . Walmart makes alot of money, but doesnt invest it on hiring quality people. Majority of their managers & employees at the super stores are not skilled enough to run a zoo do to their poor customer service skills. At the Dunwoody super Walmart, one girl was combing (braiding ) her hair while working at the automatic check out . I brought it to a mgrs attention , she said Ive been here two weeks im trying to change these behavior . I walk away an said only at Walmart . lol

Brand new, clean, not overly business like the Walmart Supercenters. Not as many shoppers means easy checkout. Plenty of self-checkout stations on hand. Open 24-hours! Just dont expect to see a lot of cashers on-hand to assist you in the late evenings. Theyre too busy restocking shelves. Also dont come here expecting the store to stock everything youll find at a normal Super center location. The Neighborhood Markets focus primarily on groceries with modous inventory of personal and pet care selections. Everything youd expect to find in a grocery store. Considering the cleanliness and ease of shopping Ill be coming here more often, leaving the Supercenters in the dust.

Ridiculous! Used to be a fairly decent Walmart, now you cant get assistance or even check out a basket full of groceries with a cashier! My 72 year old mother asked for assistance at the self checkout and was blatantly told by Lawrence that he had to go help someone else and just left her standing there. Pitiful! By the time I got there to help her she was just standing there and his big grizzly bear a** was just standing there looking around DOING NOTHING! Manager is never anywhere to be found when you ask for one!

I think all Walmart Neighborhood Markets are designed the same way, that being said, this one is no different. While everything might be clean, produce fresh, etc.; Walmart needs to hire a new design team for these markets. In between the lighting, flooring, and ceiling, the place just feels depressing. They need to take queues from places like Whole Foods and Fresh Market. Even Publix and Kroger have been doing a better job on their decorum. Cheap or not, decorum needs to be fixed.
