Alright Im not going to try to be a Kroger hater for the most part Kroger is all round one of the best big chain stores to shop at but this Kroger its very disappointing! They are ALWAYS out of at least one item I go in there for, No Joke ! Anyone who shops at this Kroger please agree with me that theyre Fresh Tortillas are horrible they really need to get the bakery staff together to figure out what to do about the tortilla machine ! In fact Anyone who reads this review who shops there please comment maybe its just me but Im a very easy to please kind of guy and this store always frustrates me!

I love shopping Kroger. Today was a bit crazy crowded as people were rushi g to buy up all the water and bread. There were none on the shelves. Not a problem for me because I foynd my favorite seltzer water. Kroger brand is the bomb! I love the lemon-lime. I got the last 2 on the shelf. I normally ship at the store closer to my home but was out with my mom today. My biggest pet peeve is not having shopping carts available. There were none inside the store. I had to go fi d one in the parking lot. Kroger, you need more cart attendants.

They have once again changed everything in the store around and you cant find anything anymore they should have just left it alone there is some college educated person sitting in an office somewhere that thought this would be a good idea they apparently do not buy groceries . The only reason I still shop there is because I use the pharmacy but believe me every time I go in there my nerves are tested just a little more.

Horrible. Deli to go food had been sitting to long. Manager was no help in trying to help us. I refused to pay almost 2.00 for a drumstick when a combo is 4.99. With that being said employees need to Be more aware of the steam table presence. If I can come u back in 30 min. I may as well go somewhere and eat. Which that was the solution. Such a Pity becuz i really like Kroger fried chicken

Tammy at the self checkout and Tobri were awesome! Never in my life have I received such great customer service at a grocery store! Not even rice epicurean and memorial area has ever given me such great service! I told Tammy I forgot to get tortillas and Toby ran over and brought back nearly everything they had! one of each of course. 5 stars all day!

Clean store. Super ruder elderly cashiers. She got pissy because we werent bagging our own groceries at super sonic speeds and began throwing our items on the bagging belt. She began ringing up the next customer before finished bagging up half our groceries! (We had maybe 25 items). Never again. Luckily I dont live here.

Food Judge

Will not shop here. They cant bag. Mixing chemicals with food. Putting bananas with boxed items. Manager is never around. Rude cashiers that argue with you. -> There cold milk coolers are not cooling the products! They are mild so its not safe to buy or eat them! <- They dont want your money so dont go.

If your looking for food this is the place, fresh bakery, cold cuts of meat, really good fresh produce and if you get to tired walking around, there is a Starbucks inside to get a coffee to wake you up, they also let you gain points on your Kroger card

I was told yesterday that all my prescriptions would be ready today but when I got there my most important medication that I need will not be there until tomorrow so I love Kroger they generally do a five-star job but this time they drop the ball

I love this Kroger they are friendly in there. You can find things and you do not have to look all over the store for. Then what I really like they give everyone opportunity to work. I would like to say keep up the good work.

Ive been very frustrated by this store allowing massive solicitation at the doors by children. I go to shop, not to be harassed into giving money. If I want to donate, I will, I dont need kids to try to guilt me into it.

Just moved to this area of town from the west side. I like how this store is laid out, it is much larger than our other kroger and the staff was very helpful. I look forward to shopping here more in the future.

Check out service has always been terrible for the most part. To be quite honest, service as a whole is sub-par. The only positive thing that this store has going for it is its location.

I am disappointed by this Kroger. It is below the average for Kroger stores. Unkept and disorganized. Poor produce Sad to say but Walmart does better with much lower prices.

This is my go-to grocery store. It has a Starbucks. It has friendly customer service, and quick check out lanes. The pharmacy is also helpful and easy to pick up prescriptions.

Well managed location. Well stocked with plenty of employees to assist if needed. The only grocery store I shop at when in Tomball.
