on this Thur around 2pm, today. After useing Bellevue Walmart last 8 years -pharmacy -hair cuts -grocery -pet foods, something very painful - hurtfull and totally mishandled. I was accused of trying to shoplift . Was not meant to happen, am on Social Security Disability, from a brain injury. After speaking with a pharmist about a extreme oddity on 14 fills on a one drug. Haveing that on my mind , walking from pharmcy area swinging inbetween other shoppers. My state of mind where it was, I walked thru to exit, store. Having mixed brain thought, had not remembered to go thru checkout line. To pay. When stopped by employee, useing very loud voice, warning me to stop. Again, this was not meant to happen. Only human with a brain injury, check on the drugs I --used to gets refills for. And, where did the word mistake come from ?? People make them. I had more than cash, which was veiwed also. I just made a mistake. And offered full payment. But no, not this customer of at least 8 years. Cop had be called. Ticket written. Over - Done - No , I had all money to complete to correct and pay for grocery. Just some GI-Jane employee, had no room to not lisiten, or try to understand. No room to let a long time Walmart customer which could then have been paid in full. Walmart shoppers are human. Humans make mistakes. I feel no good about they way things went. I have removed my pharmcey refill accounts. No longer will feel comfertable in Walmart store. Word will spread. Ovide shopping Walmarts. This will be heard about, in many ways. Just was not allowed to be human.

To begin with, this store has horrible customer service. The night crew is horrible. Made an online order for pick up today around 5:40pm, the confirmation email they sent me said my items would be available for pick up at 9:49pm. I called them 5 times, to see if my order was ready but they would always hang up on me. Finally someone answered by the name of (Eddie) , I asked him if my order was ready for pick up and he said that my order wasnt showing up on the system. I said well I got the email confirmation saying its ready for pick up. He told me to go ahead and come down there with the emails printed out for verification. Arriving I ask about my items at customer service, they grab my items and "try" to look up the order number again . Still nothing, they call up a MOD (Bryan) and it takes him about 15 minutes to come up to customer service. Bryan said hed go find a solution and he never came back. I told the guy Eddie that I would like a credit back on to my account if they were not going to give me my items. He tried calling the site to store number and they didnt get him anywhere. 1 hour and 30 minutes later they still cant find a solution to my problem and they simply tell me that my order is no where to be found , so I left the store without my items that I had purchased already. I will NEVER spend my money at a lousy store like this one. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE . Beware the rude people. It takes 7.6 seconds for them to take your money from your account but it takes 7-10 business days for them to refund you your money . How ridiculous.

Will never be going back to this Walmart again , we went to go get my husband a pack of smokes and not only was I asked to show id but my son whos only 12 mind you was asked as well " we didnt need to do this the last time " and then the lady just looked at us " if thats your wife she must be dumb for not bringing you own childs id with her " are you seriously kidding me lady she kept saying he wasnt 12 he didnt look like no 12 year old shed ever seen then began to racially discriminate against us as a white family this was offense and wrong and Im really tired of the service at this store , this same women went from talking all nice to the man In front of us to being as rude as hell to my family , mind you the last time I went here a lady only asked for my husbands id ... Ohh and this lady wouldnt let me take our bags .. she held them there by her and asked my husband to pay before we took them ... The man in front of us didnt have to do this he took his bag and stood there talking to this women , the gentleman behind us was taken for the same show as us ... She asked to see his id and his boyfriends and then she went all off on a rant under her breath saying something about gay people. Honestly how are these type of hatting people brought in to the world Im really tired of people who hate against everyone but themselves think that they are superior compared to the rest of us race wise. Update : they put the review on the wrong store location this is for the papillon Walmart not Bellevue.

I gave 3 stars 4 months ago because of customer service, today Steve was doing his job and saw me and my fiance looking at futons and Im a disabled veteran, he stopped what he was doing walked over asked if he could help and got a cart and lifted it right up like it was nothing, took it to the checkout waited and then hauled it to my truck and assisted me getting it in lol but really more so lifted it and me up into the truck. A very polite gentleman and would recommend him if you need any assistance. Way to impress me steve! Amazing customer service. Well they had five stars and now theyre down to one star! This is due to tonight I had three extra double Scans done to me and 2 extra unknown items on my receipt. I found this out to do to I calculate by dollars to give me a rough estimate to fit my budget. I ended up putting things back because it was over budget. So when I got home I counted my items and got 49 but receipt says 54. So I went one item at a time a d checked off my list and found 5 not matching. So I tried to call them and it rang for over 4 minutes and then line disconnected so called back and tried electronics department 2 no answer switched me over to talk to associate 4 minutes no answer and disconnected. So now writing this review.

I bought an online order for store pick up on a Tuesday. When I bought it, the site showed that it would be ready that day. I put my phone number down to get a text when it was ready. No text ever came. Not Wednesday, not Thursday. Wednesday, I sent customer service an email asking the problem. No response. I finally called, to be told that it had been ready the whole time. The website never updated to say the order was ready, no text was ever sent to tell me the order was ready, nor did I ever receive an email saying that. Even after I told the employee on the phone that I hadnt gotten one. And because I never got any sort of notification, I didnt know where to go in the store. So I went to customer service, where there were literally bags of trash intermingled with the merchandise that customers had returned. Only to get to the front of the line and be told I had to go across the store to the pick up area, of which there were no directional signs in the entire store. Worst experience ever.
