I had the absolute worst experience at this store with the current Assistant Manager (Matthew or Micheal) wrote it down and will be following up with his supervisor ( he was very unfriendly, unapologetic, consumer-blaming mentality) I have tried the clicklist service for a few months now and been overall happy with it however today pick up time was between 8 and 9pm wasnt a time that I perferred but it was give to me. Had an emergency ( son broke his arm) but I was able to prepaid for my groceries online and arrived at 8:55pm for pick up. the phone rung for a minute or two however no one answered I then saw A Kroger employee (Jayln) approached my car stated my name and said that she just clocked out (looked down at and the clocked said 8:57 pm) and no one is back there for assistance. I said i arrived at 8:55 and my pick up time was between 8-9pm she went to speak to the assistant manager, came out and said he stated its nothing he could do. I parked my car and went in the store to speak with him. The Assistant Manager stated the service was separate from the store and the place closes at 9pm. Never worked at Kroger so I didnt know this. He also said for the future( there will be no future I might add) I should come around 8:30 even if the pick up time says 8to 9. Im quite confused by this point since I was there before 9 and still wasnt able to receive the service but he went on about how he could check cameras to see if I was there or if his employees left early but when I encourage him, he said it wouldnt solve anything, except make him take disciplinary actions on employees for leaving early (although he could have check clockout time) Again I have never worked at Kroger but I worked retail. so yeah we close at 10 however wasnt able to clock out until I count the money and pick up the store so clock out for me would be around 11pm. not sure why or how the pick up time and clock out times are the same. I knew the actual store closes around 11 but didnt know the clicklist service wasnt available after 8:55. needless to say the assistant manager never released the already paid for food, He never allowed me to shop for them without paying for it again and ultimately ruined my Memorial Day with my family.

I was waiting in line at the deli department (BTW no one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence), and an employee, April, was working on something behind the counter. She looked up at me, then looked down quickly. About 5-10 minutes later, I was next in line and April said she could help whoever is next. I approached her and said hi. She glanced at me (very rudely), pointed to a few people behind me and said, "no its one of them". Now idk if this is racism or because I look young or what.. April is Caucasian and so were all the people behind me. When I looked back, 2 people already had their items, and 1 person was already being helped. There was another man behind them, he DEFINITELY came after me, but April helped him first. Im pretty sure she only came up to the counter when she noticed he was in line. Later on a very sweet older lady with dark hair helped me. Normally I would let this slide, but the way she looked at me and ignored me, and the way she was so friendly towards the Caucasian people really upset me. She didnt even greet me, but she was so sweet to the other people in line. I am writing this review because this is NOT the first time this has happened, something similar happened to my sister a while back. I am SO frustrated and disappointed in April and Kroger itself.

I was at kroger gas station purchasing gas and the lady Elaine had like a really nasty attitude for no reason. I dont know if she have home, personal problems but she definitely shouldnt take it out on the customers. I was in conversation with my daughter telling her about Elaines attitude. She started giving me detailed description of the lady, i said yes, thats her. I asked my daughter how did she know? She said cause she mistreated me to. She said mom i got mad and decided not to spend my money there. Having a rude sarcastic attitude trying to provoke customers, to catch an attitude back is ridiculous...Elaine, you will eventually find that one that is willing to entertain the nonsense..

They are a relatively clean facility most things are always in stock, however theres a hurricane coming in a day and a half, so the water that I was going to get was completely gone. However, the employees were very helpful and letting me know as they always are and check-out times are Swift. My biggest complaint is the parking lot, of course that has to do with drivers and not the facility itself. Its always hard to get out of a parking spot because theres so many entryways to this one parking lot, that could also be a bonus depending on who you are. I mean multiple entryways, not the congestion. I shop here regularly out of convenience, and I will continue to do so

Hate this store. Shelves are never full/stocked and they always run out of things I am looking for. I bet I could visit the Kroger right now and they are out of one of the following. Small size of white mushrooms DaVinci Tortellini (NOT the multi colored) Large bags of spaghetti Sweet ground sausage (that isnt frozen solid) Mild ground sausage (that isnt frozen solid) Crown broccoli (usually they have to cut the full length broccoli and pretend its crown. Usually weird yellow color and soft, not fresh at all) Either they are out of one/all of these items or they have 1 or 2 people working as cashiers and it takes forever to get through the line

Anita in the bakery dept did an amazing job on my parents 50th wedding anniversary cake. I couldnt have been happier and it truly made their anniversary very special. The cake was gorgeous and tasted delicious. The tiered cake is white with strawberry filling and the top tier is chocolate all done with cream cheese icing. Anita spent time drawing it out on paper and spent a lot of time making sure it was perfect. She even stayed after her shift ended to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the cake when I arrived. Wow, awesome customer service. Thank you, Anita!

Wide variety of products. I have a 1y/o so having such a wide variety of baby products is very convenient. I also love how there is a Starbucks inside. A huge plus is the mini kids shopping cart. My son loves to push around his own shopping cart through the store. Ive never seen that at any other location. Only thing is that they could use at least one more and like stated in another comment some of the produce is badly bruised and not worth buying.

Typical Mid-range Kroger, it has been partially remodeled to have a nice feel when you walk in, but the rest of the store still looks like an old Kroger or an economy Kroger. Certainly not a "signature" store. Staff was friendly, except when you reach the checkout. Prices are average, sometimes a little high because they want you to get their Kroger loyalty card which helps bring some prices back down to average.
