I love to shop for groceries here ,But Its really bad service .The managers should have looked at the cashiers more than .Let them to learn more how to service here America ,its not Asia land .I am a single mom and had to take care by myself ,I just had a surgery procedure and still in the healing period ,I dont have large family members ,so I have to go myself shop groceries to take care for my child s meals .I asked for the cashier to give me small packing bags for each item ,so that I can load them myself to my car ,Because I cant be allowed to heavy lifting it would cause my surgery going worst .But the cashier was so rude ,I had to repeat twice to explain to her ,she kept saying that cant ,while she putting 2 of Japanese Noodle style 2.75 lb - pack together in a big bag ,I cant lift it for 5.50 lbs to load ,she knew I was so bad my feeling at the point ,she did divide for separate bag but She flew the receipt down to the groceries I shopped ,She didnt give to me my hand ,Cant believe that happen , I came to buy ,I didnt get any things for free of charge from there at all .I hope the manager must fix her from the behaviors like this ,I would go to talk to manager right at the time.But it was too late for me to go home

I would like to bring to the attention of the Management and/ or the Owner of JustGo market: On Monday July 24th, 2017, in the afternoon, we went to grocery at your market. After loading the groceries into my vehicle, my car wont start. The battery needed a boost! I approached the two Security Guards, one male and one female at the time, who stood talking in front of the store and asking them for a jump start. I also mentioned to them that I have jump cable. Both the male and female Guards refused to help your customer who is in need; eventhough, their vehicles are in the parking lot at the time. Finally, I got help of jump start from an American who was happen coming to shop at the store. Please, educate your people to be ready to help others, mostly your customers who come to shop at your market. It is part of their duty by the book. Not because they are working for an Asian market, then they dont have to serve their customers per Management instruction. The Guards can also asking Manager of store for assistance if they are so busy with their duties. For that, you will dedicated an excellent reputation to your customers for them to keep coming back again!

Jusgo is a good supermarket to visit when you just need to pick something up rather quickly. It doesnt get as crowded as other Asian markets in the city, and they have the basic offerings of what you might need. They have a good selection of fresh produce, and Ive come to buy Gai Lan or Bok Choy here when Im in a hurry. There is a small seafood and meat counter, as well as a few aisles of shelf food. Ive bought their live Dungeness crabs here, and they were pretty affordable and were delicious. Another time I needed to buy some kimchi, but sadly they only had one option for kimchi. I believe this supermarket caters more to the Chinese population than the Asian community as a whole, but its a good market for a quick shopping trip. You should "Jusgo" here at least once!

Got my lobster on tonight at Jusgo for $7.99 a pound. Cant really beat that price unless youre in New England. Even then itll be $5.99 or $6.99 a pound. Got six of them and killed it with the ginger and scallion recipe. The dungeonous crabs were way expensive though at $11.99 a pound. It depends on the season I guess. But generally speaking, Jusgo is a good place to go for cheap seafood. The live turtles and frogs can be a bit creepy though, just thinking about how youre gonna dispatch the red ear slider. Like most Asian markets, some areas are clean and some, like the meat area, not so much. But its a great place to go for good old Asian foods.

Cheap, good quality produce, excellent for any Asian cooking need. There are tons of Asian snacks, specialty breads, condiments dried foods; good price on fresh fish and seafood, convenient location Although, be warned, the parking lot is always packed, and the staff mostly speak Chinese as a first language. Great to spend an afternoon browsing the isles, I always find tons of yummy goodies! I would not recommend this place for most things you can find in regular American grocery stores (because the prices are a bit higher), but for specialty items, its a great one-stop-shop!

Jusgo has a good and fresh selection of produce. Some of the produce is pre-packed for convenience and also to prevent customers from being too choosy. Jusgos atmosphere is what you would describe as your typical Chinese marketplace. Its usually very busy and parking can be a hassle if you visit during high traffic hours like lunchtime. Its not as large as some other Asian supermarkets in the vicinity, but its organized and got all the basics. It could do well to improve cleanliness as the meat and seafood department makes the whole place smell like a wet market.

the cashiers ladies are soooooooo bad. They treat the customers like beggars. these days i saw a cashier was bullying two students. i am sure they are students because they were carrying their backpacks. if those girls werent carrying backpacks i think that rude cashier woman wouldnt bully them. please someone do something about this. now i really dont want to go there to buy food. if have to go, i think i have to wear chanel or , so they can treat me fair?!?? ridiculous! !!!!

When you point out product problem, they wont sincerely to acknowledge the fact and respond quickly. They hired a lousy assistant or supervisor with stupid response to customers opinion. For example, customer pointed out a product content was not the same as picture shown on packing bag. The supervisor response with she would never buy it for snack. Did she imply their store put an useless product that customer would dislike? Funny.

不错的华人胃口食品类超市！品种不错，菜品还算是不错，价格也算优惠，华人食品类东西应该比较容易找到！环境不错！超市里一小店面还有香烟售卖！挺好的地方！

A good Asian supermarket with lots of fresh produce, meat, seafood, and other household items. Usually busy and crowded as other good Asian supermarket, especially during weekends. The smell in the the seafood area is pretty bad especially the seafood area is located right at the entrance. The customer service needs to be improved especially the cashiers with cold faces.

No matter client how they do the things not follow store requested, but still no right to give ugly face to client.. My poor in English dont know how to show my bad moon. The service agent really made me design no more go Jusgo..

Terrible customer service...whoever was the customer service rep around 8pm on 12/28/2016 was not helpful with my question and also showed terrible attitude. Instead of being serviced, I felt more like getting served. Their customer service is much less than expected of the norm for a grocery store in America and I will never go back there again.
