Employees are rude and act like you are bothering them. One time I was in line to check out and by the time it was my turn the cashier told me that she was closed. Another time I got home and discovered that I was charged three times for something I only had one of and another item never made it in the bag. I called and spoke to an assistant manager who had an attitude problem. I went back to the store and that same manager walked away after I told him that I needed to return all of my items. Instead of handling the situation he told me I had to see the cashier and just walked out the door. The store has some great items, but they are all overpriced and there is nothing in there that you cant get at Reasors in Jenks. Dont waste your time by shopping there.

Such a variety of bulk products, such a variety of fresh products, they have free samples of coffee and you can buy a fresh cup of coffee (the toasted coconut was FANTABULOUS!!!) they have an amazing deli (smoked gouda pasta salad was divine!!!) there is a seafood bar and an OLIVE BAR!!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE!!! $2.99 a gallon milk everyday!!! Artisan breads freshly baked!!!

Great selection of gourmet products that other grocery stores dont offer. Specifically cocktail mixers from Bittermilk(no. 1, honey whiskey sour, and elder flower tom Collins), Cheerwine, and Dukes Mayonnaise. Also they carry great breads and other deli/premade offerings. Always helpful staff. More expensive than the other stores but very worth it for the specialty items.

Revised 11/20/16 Quality products, excellent beef, chicken, & pork. The seafood is 2nd only to Bodeans and @ half the price. Service keeps improving! Products prepared on-site (deli, bakery, etc) better than Whole Foods. Service in the sushi dept is great. Dept heads seem to remain constant but counter & checkout employees seem to change every few weeks.

I 100% agree with the lovely environment statement. Went for the first time tonight and I felt like I was at a spa! It smelled beautiful, like Autumn, and there was very relaxing music on. Not a lot of people so I felt like I had the place to myself. Gorgeous selection of baked goods! That impressed me the most but the whole store was beautiful.

I love this store.....the employees are always so helpful and the store just feels good when you go in. I could spend hours there. The meat counter is wonderful - flowers wonderful - produce wonderful - deli is wonderful. Everything about this store is customer oriented and I am so glad it came to our neighborhood. Best meats and fish!!!

Classic upper grocery store. High quality items, produce, butcher, and deli. Florist. One stop shop for date night or a bit of extravagance. Expensive to reflect as expected. Good staff and usually not terribly crowded, but they seem to have a steady turnover.

This is the most peaceful, beautiful grocery store Ive been to. They have a lot of products you woyld expect at Whole Foods (healthy; not many *name brand* items). Whether or not the produce is fresh enough to buy, though, is usually a toss up.

I really like this grocery store. I like it better than Whole Foods. Has a more upscale feeling. Its always very neat and clean. They have nice classical music playing. I really like buying a cake/pie or other dessert from their bakery.

Overall I like this place. I totally get up charging for the special items that you cant find anywhere else, but they need to be more competitive on everyday items that you can find at any grocery store. They have great weekly specials!

We really like this place. Great atmosphere and products. I just wish they werent so expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for so perhaps its worth the money. I do love 2.99 Tuesdays though. Definitely worth the money there.

Expensive, but you can find good deals. Excellent meats, produce, desserts, and candies. Vegetarian and conventional produce clearly marked. Very relaxing environment if your kids have run you crazy and you need to escape.
