The new manager Pedro needs to get some training enough to handle some of his employees.Another supervisor,Juan said,he,Pedro is too busy to call back customers.Guess what!..Your customers are your life lines. The older lady in the deli named Alice has the most disrespectful disposition. For someone that age to tell you they have to hang up the phone on you because they are frustrated is appauling and to not have their store manager not call back a week afterwards is even more suprising, which explains why he has some wayward employees.Things were far better under the old management.Local and short faxes were processed as part of courtesy at the customer service desk..The naïve supervisor said their should be a charge..They dont even understand courtesy and discretion.. To add insult to injury,i almost had to call the police on an employee named will when he was walking around where I was heading and parked in the parking lot.Again, the store manager was not able to control an out of control and deranged employee.I was talking to Juan, when the same employee kept nterupting me and he did nothing about it while a black suoervisor I guess(in a red jacket)was trying to stop me from talking.I find that very rude and inappropriate because she should be curbing and controlling her employee and not me,the customer who needed help. She later on went on to keep talking to will and it just lets me know they do nothing to let them know they are faces of Kroger that customers see when they come in.What a shame and a waste of resources on these employees

This store is open 24 hours, and doesnt keep expired products on the shelf, like many other Kroger locations do in the Houston metropolitan area. It is always clean, and is the closest store to my house that consistently has a wide variety of high quality organic produce. It would be 5 stars, if Kroger didnt make EVERYONE who shops overnight use the self checkout. Self checkouts are fine, and I have no problem using them if I am only purchasing 10-20 items. But if I am purchasing a whole basket full of groceries, they can be quite a pain, alway freezing, instructing you to wait for an attendant. They will check you out late at night, often begrudgingly though. Its a nice store, and I may update to five stars, if my next few experiences are as pleasant as the last several have been, notwithstanding Krogers corporate policy of overnight self checkout, with no "public option". ;-)

I came here last night trying to get water to prepare for Hurricane Harvey. I stocked up on water and a few canned goods only to get to the self check out register that had a sign "NO CASH" I asked the guy working the self checkout theres not even one machine taking cash ((with his back still turned to me)) he said no. I asked him why there was no sign on the front door telling customers this. Why wait until we finish food shopping and get to the register. This guy had no answer nor did he even bother to turn around. This was around 10pm on August 25th so whoever the young man who was working that night needs to be trained better in dealing with customers. Luckily another customer paid for my stuff with his credit card. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The Kroger on Briar Forest is MUCH better in customer service.

This is a great place to shop for groceries! Ive been going here for over six years now and Ive never had a single issue. The employees are always very nice to shoppers. The store itself is well organized and all of the items I ever need are already available. There are hardly ever long lines and when they do, everybody from their staff contributes, even their management personnel. This Kroger recently started online shopping, which you can buy things online and pick them up at the store, like many other places do. This is a great feature if youre running short on time and need your things quickly. Overall, Ive had such a wonderful experience shopping here. The store is mostly clean and is located in a great area!

Wide selection but generally disorganised especially in the freezer aisle. Self checkout offers six lanes of service but usually three or four of them are not functioning and out of service since the software update they received several months ago. Customers used to be able to check themselves out fast and easy but since that update the line is exceptionally longer and wait time has increased drastically. All the employees complain about it and so do the customers. The location on Dairy Ashford and Briar Forest has not received this update and you will notice that check out time is much faster, but they have less staff, smaller selection and only four self checkout lanes.

This Krogers has to be one of the worst grocery stores I have ever seen. Restocking takes place on Sunday during the busiest time of the day so isles are clogged. If that wasnt bad enough, during the week the people doing the Clik-N-Pickup have carts that literally take up the entire isle. My wife has noticed mold on fruit and pointed it out to employees and then watched as they still placed the moldy fruit out for sale. Things we look forward to purchasing suddenly disappear from the shelves. I wish HEB would take notice and build a store out this way. They would make a killing on produce alone.

The deli department is AMAZING. Everything is sooo tasty. I always buy the dolmas, my husband says they taste just like homemade Turkish dolmas! The feta stuffed olives are a favorite of mine too, but everything is splendid! The ladies that work behind the counter are always smiling and happy, today I spoke with Bae who let me try a wonderful new salad (for me) with olives and cheese. Yum! I go out of my way to go to this Krogers because of their deli selection and all of the wonderful helpful employees that work at this location. Thanks, girls! (and guys) :)

Poorly managed with rude employees. Pricing for items rings up more. Last time I was there I took pics of the prices and when I went to checkout I kept having to show the pic to prove the price rang up wrong. Spoke to the manager (a kid) who said they have a lot of products and they cant get it all right. I told him other stores do it all the time so maybe they need someone to manage the store who can. I understand a price off once or twice every now and then, but 3-4 prices off every visit. That;s just poor management.

I was happy with the store. There was 1 problem I was having a problem with my credit card. I needed to go to a ATM I informed the self check person that I was only going across the street to get the funds to complete my order, could my grocery not be replaced,(let me mentioned Im crippled)I was gone less 10 to 15 minutes when I got back all my grocery had been replaced, I had to go get all of the grocery again. I was not happy. I wont mention what the team members answer was. After all of that I would still shop there.

I dont like the layout of the entry ways for customers. Mediocre customer service. Ifnyou online shop be carefully because the tablets they use network is terrible and can error out mid transaction and charge you twice. Plus if there web portal to charge you for your purchase doesnt say successful they wont give you the groceries and might take a while longer then advertised. Always has long self check out lines like they need more cashiers or more self check out lines with more employees to assist with self check out.
