We walked in and were warmly greeted by Brittany (a cashier/bagger). Directly to our right was what we came in for. So we proceeded to pick up and examine a pack of Sprouts brand large tortillas. They were ripped. No big deal. We attempted to grab the attention of a young lady who seemed to be working in that department. Now I have no soft voice and I am not shy, mind you. The young woman, instead of assisting us (the customers), sprinted right past us. Her path lead to her father who just entered the store. She greeted and said hello so on. One of the managers, Nick, was introduced to this young ladys father and they went back and forth for a moment. Clearly disgruntled at this point, my brother and I stood in disbelief. We saw another employee approaching, so we asked how he was doing to see if he could help us find some non-ripped tortillas. We received a response of a startled face and a Hi, Im fine. Then silence. My brother asked the young man if we could acquire some large tortillas that were not ripped. His response was letting us know, he was off the clock. Fair enough, but poorly handled. The aforementioned manager, Nick, finally recognized there was a problem to be fixed. He came over with a face of discontentment, seemingly with us, not with his employees. Asked what we needed. We told him we were wondering if there were any non-ripped tortillas in the back for us to purchase. With a sigh, he replied that he would go check. No smile throughout the interaction to this point. He returned shortly with a box asking how many we would need. Only one we let him know. He rips open the box and hands us a package of frozen tortillas. We take them and he tells us to have a nice day. No, can I help you with anything else or I apology about the first bag or apology about the new bag being frozen. Nope. Nothing of the sorts. Insane. The blatant lack of respect first and foremost, was puzzling. Then we add in the fact that we are paying customers receiving no hospitality past our initial greeting. We reluctantly proceed to grab a small hummus, two bunches of organic bananas, and head to the cash register. We were checked out by a young man who asked if we found everything alright and let him know, sarcastically, that yes we did something along those lines. There is, without doubt, a problem with our experience and he recognizes that. He does nothing but proceed to take our payments. Bottom line, we will never be shopping at this Sprouts again. With that being said, we will most likely never shop at any Sprouts ever again. There is a Whole Foods right up the road with everything we need and even hospitality to go with it.

I think this is a nice alternative to Whole Foods. I would say the major difference is price, but there are more differences. I think this grocery stores strong point is the produce department. They have a large fresh produce department. Their prices beats Whole Foods hands down. The meat department is smaller, and carries less expensive cuts. I found the meats that I purchased to be good quality meats. They grind their own sausage on site. The selection is limited when you compare it to whole foods. Their bakery department isnt their strong point. They have a small bakery department. The bulk food section has a large variety They have a very large health section that is quite nice. I wished there were more of these around in Houston.

They did have a lot of fresh options (produce, fish, dairy) but almost none of it was local. The whole reason I went here was to buy local goods. Most of what I found was from Mexico, some of it was from other countries, and a little bit was from USA (and it never specified where in USA - I wanted local as in from Texas and I didnt find that). The prices arent terrible, though; more expensive than HEB but cheaper than Whole Foods. I probably wont go back here simply because they dont have what Im looking for in my groceries.

I went today and I love going to Sprouts but my check out experience is horrible. JESSICA told me to go to the other cashier because she was opened but my items were already on the conveyer belt and 2 people behind me. She could of told the people behind me to go to next lane. Anyways then she caught an attitude because I didnt listen to her. Im not moving my items if Im already next in line. she should have told the people with baskets behind me not the person thats next. Dumbass cashier .

Sprouts is like a little bit of small town in this big city. There is always a a friendly employee available to answer your questions. I LOVE that I can get all the gluten, dairy, & msg free foods I need for our family in a space twice the size of our home - instead of wandering through a mega grocery store for an hour. I have shopped here at least once a week for 3 years. The prices are so much better than Whole Foods & generally other stores too.

I was very excited to see the new Sprouts open up in Tomball. However, we have bought 3 different kinds od nuts from the bulk section of the store and every time they have been stale and chewy. First was the glazed almonds, then the glazed walnuts and now the salted macadamia nuts. So no more buying from the bulk dept. What is especially puzzling is that we were there at the grand Opening, so how are these products bad already? Very disappointed.

For the name, I had expected more organic and locally sourced produce. They do have produce, they even have a small section of organic, but I can get more variety at HEB or Whole Foods. They have a larger section of nutritional supliments than either HEB of WF however. Theydo beat the stuffing off of the closest other conventional grocery stores, when driving the extra 15-20 minutes is not viable.

I shop here often for fresh produce, meat, bulk items and coffee. Most items are low priced and high quality. The only bad thing I encountered was some repackaged cheese that molded in the package within a week. That was one out of about a dozen packs of cheese that I have bought over time. This is not a very large store, so the aisles are narrow. Expect checkout lines during peak hours.

Love Sprouts. You can find a variety of products, fresh fruits and vegetables, and prices lower than regular food stores. I am not related to anyone at these stores, but I appreciate their care in the products they have, the extremely courteous attendants, cashiers, and managers specially at Spring Cypress & Tomball Pkwy. Go Sprouts! Thank you for comming to our community!!

Im a regular at Sprouts and love the order and cleanliness of everything. Today I came to get specifically fruits and vegetables since I juice. I needed oranges and grapefruit and found that the majority of the organic ones were mildewed. Not just little specs, but whole parts of the fruit. Thats not a good luck and doesnt align with the Sprouts culture.

Today was my first time visiting Sprouts and I will most certainly be shopping here from now on. The meat market is kicka$$ and a must see. Justin (the butcher) was extremely helpful, we left with apple almond crusted pork chops and spinach/feta stuffed chicken. Employees were all very polite and presentable.
