We spend over $250.00 a week..well we did..not anymore. Going to HEB from now on, similar selection and far more pleasent management team. I was denied the exchange of a propane tank because I could not produce a receipt, understand the policy but not how ASM Mr.Isaac, reacted to my offer of providing the debit card used to purchase the faulty tank. End up making my last purchase after a polite apology from the cashier who ask me to understand his " low level manager" lack of braind". I believe the issue is not the individual but the managers selection and training program. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone...we all deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

The seafood department is awful yesterday my husband and I waited for 30 minutes with 2 customers ahead of us. My husband asked about a particular fish they had in the case and the worker stated he didnt know and didnt even try to ask another worker. How do you not know about the product your selling? Employees lack customer service skills and knowledge of products. Next time will go to HEB

Love the selection of items... BUT!!! The lines are all the way in the isles in the evenings...definitely not enough cashiers...I dont understand why the managers wont get on a register of they see that the lines are long.Every since the Walmart on cuttin closed down they have been getting more business which is good...BUT they need to get more staff to accommodate the evening traffic!!

Explain to me when a $20 Bill became less valuable than $20 worth of quarters.(Fieasta Grocery store )charged me 25cent per $10 roll of quarters. (Gave me the feeling that "Fieasta Grocery chain" has no appreciation for thier customers. Now Im one less unappreciated customer. (Changing grocery stores,Ill be shopping at your competition from now on.) FEELING UNAPPRECIATED! !!

Fruits and vegetables that are not available elsewhere. At decent prices. Milk and bread and butter at prices competitive with Wal-Mart but more than Joe vs. Clean store friendly staff extensive deli selection. Fiesta liquor had great prices from what I saw on liquor. Cigarettes a little high.

Watch out for those folks in the seafood dept. Ive seen them lie about not being able to peel scaleless fish & bag dead crawfish for sale. Otherwise, the store is always clean & they have plenty of lanes open.

The managers themselves are so...dam lazy. They close down to 2 registers at 9pm and dont care how long the lines be in the middle of the aisles. They literally stand there and Look!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!

Biggest seafood department in NW Houston. They have almost every seafood imaginable. Only downside is they are typically too busy chatting with each other instead of helping customers.
