I was standing in line to order food, a younger male walks up, starts talking to the person behind counter and they proceed to help him first, even though I was obviously in line before him. I am happy at many stripes locations, but after being mistreated like this I will not return to this location and will be sharing my experience with my friends and customers in this area. When I informed manager of what happened he offered me a free drink, no oppology or good explanation, I let him know Id just pay for my drink and go eat elsewhere.

I went to have breakfast and the TV was off, ( it usually off, dont know why?) i ask an employee to turn it on and the guy took his time( the store wasnt busy), so I got on a chair and turned it on myself. The guy gave me attitude and it was completely unnecessary. I just want to listen to the news while Im eating and then go to work. I Prefered the stripes at Louetta and Sorrel Ridge Dr. employees are super nice, TV is ALWAYS ON and the manager come to your table and ask " if everything is fine?, WOW!!!! what a difference.

The staff is very friendly! But the past 3 weeks their cleanliness and coffee bar is slacking. There is never half/half available around 8am. There is sugar and paper mess all over the coffee bar. What I dont understand is I always see what appears to be upper management in the seating area on their laptops and they keep a blind eye to the mess 10 away from them? Please get this convenient store back to the level it once was.

Really going down hill. Stopped here for passion tea in a styrofoam cup and a few other things. Its Saturday 11:20am. No tea at all made. Employees standing around chit chatting. I use to come here a lot but employees have become rude-especially those serving food, never know if tea will be made or not so now with them being so unreliable, its just a waste of time.

The crew is really dropping the ball lately. Usually a good stop for a snack. Good looks 3 days old at 10am. Trash cans overflowing. Bathrooms filthy. This building is horrible compared to other locations.

Diesel pumps always have something wrong with them. Most of the time the credit card machines dont work. Ive been here about 10 times and have had an issue every time except once

Clean store and good selection. The only thing thats annoying is the slushie machines are sometimes down or empty for days. But other than that, no complaints here.

Its over all convenient and local. Good selection and always have accomodating deals. Staff isnt always on top of things but Id recommend it.

I love stripes. Kinda hard getting in and out of this one with the construction, but it is better now that the road is wider

Expansive gas, small portion food. I live less than 100 yards from it but i go to the one on 2920
