I felt so embarrassed by this trip in so many levels. I was going with my HUSBAND of five years to get a couple things and as we were checking out I asked to buy cigarettes and I showed the lady my ID but she kept asking for my HUSBANDs. Its not his fault he forgot his wallet or didnt think to grab it he wasnt driving I WAS. She kept repeating that she had to ID if its 27 or under and I told her he was 28 and its stupid because I was BUYING the cigarettes not him. If I were to go in with my child and bought the same cigarettes are you going to ask my kid for an ID? Thats really idiotic in so many levels. I dont believe I look like someone thats going to sell drugs to underage and if I do then that racist profiling because I saw other couples of different race buying alcohol and only one of them would carded but why would me and my husband that are Hispanic both need to show our IDs for cigarettes that I was buying? I ended up going to another store that only carded ME because once again I WAS BUYING THE CIGARETTES. Im completely outraged and embarrassed and will probably start going to another store even though yours is closer so I dont get profiled for my race.

Im not one to post reviews or complain... But Im to the point where something HAS to be said. I am a weekly shopper at this Kroger... it is by far the closest grocery store to my house. But I will now be switching to HEB Creekside down the road. The past 3 times Ive been to this store I have managed to purchase something expired. Yesterday, I had to sort through over 20 different packages of tortillas to find one that hadnt already expired BY NEARLY A MONTH. It was 12/20 and all of the packages I had picked up expired 11/24. That is unacceptable! Today, 12/21 I opened a Bolthouse farms smoothie I purchased yesterday and noticed it tasted funny, looked at the expiration date, it expired 3 WEEKS AGO. There goes 3 dollars down the drain. I do not want to have to constantly be in fear that I am buying month old food when I grocery shop. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!!! BE SURE TO CHECK THE DATES ON EVERYTHING YOU BUY HERE.

They have something at that store that jams cell phones so employees cannot use the phone. Unfortunately customers cannot either. Everytime I shop there I have to make sure the sacked put all my bags in my cart, many times I had to grab bags that they had forgotten to put in my cart. The blond girl at the customer service desk is very rude and management does not even know where merchandise is. Once I asked where the refined beans were, the manager tells me three different isles in different parts of the store. And to top it off tells me that refried beans USUALLY come in a can. If there was another grocery store near by I would go there. Even a wal mart.

To the dude complaining his cell phone didnt work in the store, maybe you need to switch companies because my phone has always worked since the grand opening of this store. ..and Im sure theyd rather their employees actually work while theyre on the clock instead of playing on their phones. This store is awesome and a great asset to our community. Always clean and well maintained. Employees are always more than friendly. The guy in produce handing out the orange juice samples is always my favorite. I love shopping here!

My wife said "Just when I thought it couldnt get any better they added a Starbucks!" Im in the shop several times a week, they sell everything from Fountain drinks in the very front of the store all the way to clearance womens clothing to the back. They have shoes vacuums toilet seats tools air filters car care products dishes cookies various meats and cheeses wine chips and a whole section dedicated to Seasons. The pharmacists are great and always take time for questions.

Use to shop here all the time but the last two visits the food was not so fresh. First I bought a bob evans mac n cheese and it had expired 1 week before I bought it, unfortunately I did not think it would be expired and fed it to my family. They all complained that it tasted old so I checked the date and saw it expired. Two weeks later I went back for bread and when I got home the bread was expired. Needless to say I will no longer go back there.

Everyone raves about this Kroger and the store itself is impressive but they need to work on their click list service, grocery pick up. They called to let me know my order wouldnt be ready on time so I came an hour later. 30 minutes of waiting and they still havent delivered our groceries so I still have fussy kids in the car and no groceries. This poor service is why I dont shop at Kroger. I guess I needed to learn that lesson again!

Excellent store! The shelves are always stocked. The employees are nice and very helpful. The merchandise is fresh and of good quality. Since the Marketplace opened, this is only place we shop. Its conveniently located. The pricing is not too expensive. I enjoy the rewards. The jewelry store located inside of the store is top of the line and reasonably priced. Love this store!

Called ahead to ask if customer service cashes money orders. Yes. So we go. The young man couldnt cash the money order and when i asked him to call his manager the manager insinuated my money order(w/ its original receipt intact) was a fraud....he left the kid to his own devices to figure out what the problem was...they dont cash moneygram. Way to go manager S. R...:/

Best Kroger ever! The juice man is awesome. Cant have any other orange juice other than the one they squeeze in house. The staff is always friendly and I always find everything I need. Never too crowded or long lines at check out. I also love getting 10 cents off at the shell gas stations just for purchasing my groceries at Krogers! Just a happy customer

I love coming to this Kroger literally has the best dedicated employees willing to help make your shopping experience great especially Juice Man who squeezes fresh juice for customers with the most radiant smile and Carol who treats customers with a smile and genuine care. Highly recommend this place over the HEB and Walmart nearby

Wide variety of items, clothes, towels, household goods, and much more. My only complaint is that theyre not as willing to get/order items as other Kroger stores or carry items that are carried in other stores, so you sometimes have to make multiple stops on simple items like progressio soup, daniables, or other easy items.

We really enjoy this store. Prices are on target, good sales, gas points, and lots of customer service reps walking around ready to help. They also frequently have free samples and fast check out lines. This is a Super Kroger so they also sell clothing and other items usually not found at the grocery store.

Something very unfortunate happen to me at this store, I lost my wallet. I left my wallet in a shopping cart. I was hoping that someone very humble and honest would have found it and turned it in, unfortunately no one did. I could care less about the money but my personal information is worth more to me :(
