absolutle WORST kroger i have ever been in ....walked in ...the store was practically empty the manager was standing in the front near the registers i asked where a specific cleaning product was he mumbled the isle # / answer which was WRONG ....so i find another employee in passing asked her the same question ...she pointed me in the right direction and then passed me twice looking directly at me as i was trying to get her attention to ask another question ...if it had been busy i wouldnt be writing this an be nearly as critical but it was dead ...there was 1 cashier working an the store was empty ...the manager was uninterested in helping an the clerk i asked acted as if i was being a burden....glad i dont live in that neighborhood an have to go to that store often ....i go to kroger in Forney several times a week and they are wonderful...its a MUCH larger more modern store an the employees are helpful an the mangers are friendly ...the polar opposite of the store i stopped in !!!

A whole bunch of kids working.. good for them but horrible customer service, the place seems dirty, no good quality.. registers look old, this is a VERY small Kroger, not a lot of options for organic food ..not a lot of options for anything really.. Im surprised that for a such good neighborhood, Kroger hasnt updated anything about this particular location! This place sucks!

The store is in a great location, but need to make changes, cleanliness, customer service and quality of produce! there is other Kroger stores whit better Quality, what happen to this location? management? store is never busy, registers open enough employees but they need to work on the look, cleanliness and produce!!!

prices are ridiculous for what you buy. the lines are always long. ive noticed again and again that brands disapear and are replaced with kroger brand products. multiple times i have brought expired products. in fact one day i had to return to the store twice due to expired items while making one meal!

I have lived here over 30 years & with all the other grocery stores in Mesquite, this is one of the better ones I have been too. Its newer and clean with wide aisles & fully stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. It gets busy like all the others but you get in & out much faster here.

The staff are always friendly. The sales are great! But open the plastic packages of fresh fruit, like strawberries, blackberries,etc.; without fail, I ALWAYS have to search through nearly a dozen packages to find fruit thats not moldy or squished and juicy at the bottom.

They have good quality food for good prices. I wish they had ClickList. In bakery, I love their clearance section. I have had some pretty awesome pumpkin pies from clearance. Friendly staff and I am a loyal customer.

This is a great location with great sale prices and fresh produce that is local within Texas. Way better and more convenient than Wal-Mart with a minimum wait in line.
