Ever since this store went up it has been a showcase with all of its wonderful and unique features. One of the lesser talked about was the bathrooms - they were some of the nicest around. Last night I went there and was sorely disappointed. Somewhere along the way these have been grossly neglected. There was toilet paper on the floor, something disgusting wiped on the tp dispenser and not one single paper towel. As I went to leave with my wet hands I noticed the broken light switch. It looked more like a cheap gas station restroom than the ones they installed when the store opened. It was a quiet Saturday night - seems like someone should have had time to tidy up the restrooms.

I have shopped here many times in past eight months,I love the store,but their employees have been nothing but a disappointment almost each and every time Ive decided to spend my money there...when asked questions,no one knows anything and doesnt seem to care,even when something is priced wrong at the checkout counters..I literally was told Sunday to take it or leave it when my items scanned $1.00 more a piece than their advertisement.

I went in for breakfast, and the deli was so overly lit, that I got an immediate headache, The headache was intensified every time a customer walked in the door, and a shreeking alarm on the door went off for about 5 seconds. This store is about as relaxing as walking thru Lowes with ten forklifts beeping on all sides of me

Always clean and well stocked with amiable employees. Fun promotions and opportunities for kids and family around holidays and town events while this fun small town grocery store supports the Cherokee community. Promotional sales on certain Hy-Vee items can be found at this location with a Hy-Vee Distribution Center close.

Hy Vee prices need to be more on par with the likes of Wal Mart and Fareway. Also, they really need to work on their meat department. From personal experience I will never purchase meat from their again. Their staff in the store are great and its always clean.

Usually the last place I go to shop for groceries. I hate how they insist on pricing most of their meat by piece and not by the pound. Our family goes to Fareway and we feel we get a lot more bang for our buck

every year when I come by here this place is always out of there Hyvee ice cream when its on sale I want to complain to the assistant manager he didnt even give a care bad place to shop.
