My family loves french loaves and vienna bread. We eat it everyday. I find myself having to go on the other side of town hyvee to get my bread from the bakery. At this location it just never seems like its fresh, looks over baked and hard. At the other stores its really soft and fresh. Employees are very nice and I always find what I need.

Ive never had a bad experience when shopping for groceries or eating there... I dont use the pharmacy any more so I cant complain about that. I recently came back from vacation and visited different grocery stores along my trip and all I can say is we are very lucky to have HyVee in our city... True story.

Pharmacy staff poor I brought in a prescription they didnt have all the Meds the staff said that they would have the rest tomorrow .Tomorrow came and no Meds. Finally the next day I went back and the staff shorten me 9 pills. The staff said that all that they could get. Very dissatisfied with them.

Poor customer service with the younger people that are employed there, also went to order a cake employees standing around no one would offer any help, I left. And the people at customer service need to be trained on customer service and to stop worrying about their friends walking passed.

We were staying in the area and visited Hy-Vee to buy groceries and liquor for a Thanksgiving dinner. We also had lunch there. The store is very clean and well stock. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. I wish we had one of their store in Los Angeles.

I find this store frustrating. The layout is not intuitive, the meat counter is not inspiring and for as large as it is, they never seem to have what I am after. On top of all of this, the prices are pretty high.

Ive never been to a Hy-Vee until today and Im very impressed. The selection is great. Love that they have bulk items and lots of organic choices. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.
