I do most of my grocery shopping here. I rarely dont find what I am looking for, especially when it comes to food items. The pharmacy service had also always been excellent, and they are the only pharmacy I use. They have a specialty food section, for items like gluten free, organic, and other health conscious choices. They even have an aisle dedicated to sports nutrition, as well as bulk items like oats, trail mixes, nuts, etc. They have a lovely floral section that I always stop and check out while I am there. The produce is locally sourced whenever possible. Beauty items such as make up are a slim selection compared to other stores, but they do have the basics. Nice hair care selection, though limited dye varieties. They offer holistic items as well, such as aromatherapy and essential oils. Decent selection of pet food, but limited selection of items such as pet grooming & medicines. They have a rotating availability of miscellaneous household and clothing items that are always worth a look, and at respectable prices, as well as seasonal/holiday items. They also carry quality kitchen items (I recently purchased a new cutting board from here made of recycled plastics). The only negative I have is that the one time that I ate from their Chinese Deli, I was not impressed. I had broccoli beef that tasted like beef stew. This however was nearly two years ago and I cant speak for the current taste. They have a restaurant attached to the deli section where you can order food and drinks, and the staff truly make you feel welcome. Overall, I am a huge fan of this store. The staff seem happy and enjoy being there, and they definitely brighten your day!

Have always had a good experience at the Manhatten,KS Marketplace. Employees are always pleasent and available to help. Everything I have purchased has been good, as long as I pay attention to the sale/use by date. The only thing I had a problem with was the Hy-Vee brand yogurt. One month the mango yogurt didnt have any mango in it on 2 separate occasions. Im sure they would have honored a replacement but I live out of town & it wasnt worth the time or gas to take it back. So I still believe they deserve the 5 stars due to their excllence in every other area

CARIBOU COFFEE.. Well I usually go to Radinas but thought Id try them today.. Horrible idea there pastry selection was very small (only 3 types of muffin) and they were t even fresh made... My oat meal was just hot milk poured in and thats it it is even hard still! And it was $3 more expensive for less coffee and an uncooked oatmeal then radinas would be for a coffee of the day and a cinimon roll or muffin (thats what I order) please if youre feeling coffee go to Radinas

I dont normally go to HyVee because theyre a little pricey compared to Dillons- however this HyVee has it going on. They have everything here. The whole store is very clean and there are plenty of staff around that are helpful and pleasant. The bakery is a go-to, thats for sure! They have a big salad bar and even a small restaurant. The restaurant is way overpriced however.. The thing I like the most about this HyVee is their wide selection and cleanliness.

I came to hyvee specifically to get lunch where they have the home style food ready to go. The woman who helped me asked what I wanted and I was unsure so I was looking around for a minute or so to see what they had. She apparently didnt have time for me. She rudely walked away and I heard her complaining about me to her coworker. I just left and I wont be back. Sorry for the inconvenience. The foods usually cold and not that good anyway..

The prices are way better than Dillions. Its close to a Hyvee Gas Station, so it is very convenient to go grocery shopping, get rewarded depending on what you buy, and use those rewards on gas: last week i got 91 cents off PER GALLON on gas. The employees are the most HELPFUL employees Ive ever encountered - they will stop what they are doing immediately to help you with anything you need; very polite!

Tried the Market Grille tonight. My daughter tried the kids macncheese. It was a nice portion size but a little salty. My meal was the pulled pork burger and it was very dry and burnt. So was the bacon. The broccoli side was bland. My brother and mother liked their California burger. Fries a little too crispy. Service was slow but the nachos were awesome. So may try again with something else.

I went in to buy a simple box of baking soda, and Gave the girl a $1 bill, she took about 4 minutes to figure out what $1 minus .85 cents is. Never going back, complete idiot employees. Plus, they only have one cash register ever open, and it is never being used, which shows how much everyone hates these over-priced douchebags.

Hy-Vee Floral, Bakery and Catering did a great job with our wedding. The food was delicious and the flowers were gorgeous! We would definitely do business with them and would definitely recommend them to any young couple about to get married!

Tried the Market Grill today. If you have all day to wait for food it might be okay, but I ordered a cheeseburger and waited 30 minutes, went and did my grocery shopping, still no food. Finally cancelled and left, will never go back!

The assistant manager was very rude and condescending to me and the people I was with after a misunderstanding over an online deal. We agreed to pay full price but she still continued to roll her eyes and make rude comments.

Hy-Vee has friendly staff and a very good delivery service. They are always on time and have efficiently packed my goods. This makes it very easy when they transfer my order to my hands.

The Chinese buffett has a student discount and the in-store restaurant has a full service bar and surprisingly choice dinner options - nightly specials on both.
