I usually like shopping at Sprouts; however, today I had a horrible experience. I am in the process of training my pit bull to be my service dog, he aids with my mobility since my balance is shaky due to having Multiple Sclerosis. I had several employees question if he was a service dog & what service he provides for me. I have no problem with this however once asked and answered that should have been the end of it, unfortunately it was not. The next employee who approached us I assume was the manager again asked if he was a service dog and then asked if I have certification of him being a service dog. My son explained that he is currently in training so no he has no certification, the employee stated that without proof he cannot be in the store with me, I replied then that we would head to the checkout & then leave, as we were walking away another customer asked if she could pet him I said yes. She commented that the best dog she ever had was a pit bull, the manager who asked me to leave then commented that some customers tend to be fearful of dogs that resemble pits to which I replied that wasnt the fault of my dog. Oklahoma law allows for public access for service dogs anywhere the public is allowed. A business owner can ask if it is a service dog and what service they provide however that is all they can ask. Im not required to provide certification or have him marked as a service dog. They can ask me to remove my dog if he is misbehaving this was not the case. I was asked to remove my dog because of his breed, this is discrimination not just against him but also against me. My disability requires a large breed dog that if necessary can hold my weight for short periods due to balance issues. A pit is the perfect dog for this task as they dont scare easily if I fall and sturdy enough to help bear my weight while I stand back up. I cannot help the fact that some people have an irrational fear of a particular breed of dog, nor should myself or my service dog be discriminated against based on that fear. He should only be judged based on his behavior not a false perception of his breed.

I really like this store because the prices seem fair for the quality of food you get. Also it is nice and small so it isnt overwhelming. The people are consistently friendly too. If I can gripe about one thing it would be the soup bar. The ladle is not correct for the setup. Try to get the biggest or even the medium cup, set it on the counter, scoop out some soup with the ladle that is there and scoop it in the cup. It is impossible. The ladle handle is longer than the height from the top of the soup cup to the bottom of the sneeze guard. The only way to get the soup out is to attack the problem from behind the sneeze guard by standing to the side of the soup bar and scooping from behind the sneeze guard. All they have to do is switch the ladle out to a straight handle kind instead of the bent handle kind. The other problem with the soup bar is it is consistently low or empty on 2 out of 3 soups. The only soup that is consistently full is the clam chowder because no one wants to eat soup made out of clams. I ask the management to please go to Whole Food 2 miles to your West and look at the soup bar there. They have the correct type of ladle and consistently stocked soup. Once the soup bar is corrected I promise I will come back and change the review to 5 stars. Thanks. PS, keep the crackers full at the soup bar too.

I have tried multiple times to use this store and always end up disappointed. This morning was typical. They didnt have decent sized organic spinach containers, they dont carry Trop 50 orange juice even though it is far healthier than the regular type they carry. The card reader was broken at the one and only cash register that was open. They were out of paper sacks. And when I told the cashier and the supervisor about my wish for them to carry Trop 50, they looked at me with a bored expression and turned away. This isnt how you win over customers.

Fantastic Thanksgiving dinner package with all the fixins. I am a pretty particular eater and I will tell you right now, you wont be disappointed. Outside of Thanksgiving, they do have a pretty sizeable selection of food and even herbs and vitamin supplements. Overall, this is a pretty good stop to make for organic needs in Midtown.

Always friendly, good variety, weekly sales and specials,Sprouts is a refreshing "almost local" place to pick up coffee spices and last minute items for dinner and any Holiday get together. The natural / organic selections have been a nice influence in our diet. The extensive coffee selection is always a plus.

This is THE BEST PLACE to purchase produce of any kind. Their prices and quality just cant be beat. Every time I shop there I feel like Ive stolen food from someone. Also, if there is a fruit or veggie that you havent tried before, they will even cut it up and let you try it. (^_^) I love sprouts!

Is something wrong with Sprouts website? I can no longer access their ads on-line as it appears there is something wrong with their security certificate. Good store, but it would help if I could see their ads on-line. Good prices on advertised items. Other staples seem overpriced.

Since Pettys fine foods in utica square closed they are the only place you can get meets, cheeses, sushi and other items that are organic and fresh. There store is super clean and customer service is tops. My kids even enjoy shopping with me there.

Great place for fresh produce and special items you cant find in a big box grocery store. While they have great deals and I under stand the markup on the harder to find items the everyday price on many common items is much higher then other places.

Glad we dont have to drive to Bixby anymore. Sprouts offers great prices on produce and bulk items. I have frequented the Bixby store and will now use this one. It isnt Trader Joes but it is better than prices on produce are super.

I call it "Food Heaven". Its hardly ever crowded and the staff is always very friendly. Im going there every week for my groceries from now on. I can always find the hard-to-find stuff, like vegan sausage and wheat germ.

They outdo Wholefoods in almost every way. Ever since they opened, I no longer shop at Wholefoods. Super warm, friendly staff. Cheaper prices than any other thus far. Its a win win. Check them out.

Always very good. Hard to leave. I normally spend at least an hour and I find something new each time I visit there. I am retired and I am considering applying for part time.

We love Sprouts! Has pretty much everything we need from a store and in most cases it is less expensive than Reasors! Way more of a store than Trader Joes!
