Im just visiting friends here in Forney for an extended stay, but Ive been to this Kroger several times in the past week and have found it to be one of the nicest grocery stores in which Ive ever shopped. A couple of experiences within the store really stand out. 1). My wife, one of my kids, and I were perusing the clothing section (never been in a Kroger with a clothing section before) and an employee came up to us and let us know that the current weeks flyer had a 15% off coupon for all clothing purchases. We hadnt known about that but we appreciated the heads-up. She even handed us the coupon. 2). On that visit I decided to purchase a belt. As we were leaving the checkout area, my wife noticed the belt was sticking out of the plastic bag, so she pushed it back into the bag. When we got home, the belt was not in any of our bags (we had purchased a number of clothing as well as food items). Apparently, the belt popped out of the bag between that point and our car but none of us noticed it. It was a few hours later when I realized the belt wasnt in our bags or our vehicle or anywhere else. So, I called the store and the customer service employee offered for me to return to the store and pick out another belt. I felt this was probably too much to ask of them since it was not their responsibility to replace a belt that we had negligently lost after the purchase. So, I declined. Nonetheless, a few days later, we were back in the store and before checking out, I decided to inquire at the customer service desk to see if perhaps the belt had been picked up and turned in. No, but she said if the belt still had its tags on it, the belt would have been returned to the clothing rack. So, she looked at my receipt and invited me to just go back and pick out the belt again which I did. So, Im not out of a belt that I had purchased even though it really wasnt their fault. I appreciate this. 3). While I was dealing with this belt, my wife was checking out for the new food purchases and she ended up having to wait about 5 minutes while I got this sorted out. As she waited there, near the store entrance, at least two employees asked her if she needed help with something. Again, this is the kind of service that you dont see much these days in most stores, but we were both impressed with this. 4). Got some really good deals in their clearance section. If you dont know where this section is, please dont look for it. I hope to find more good stuff while were here! ;) I dont normally write many reviews, and I didnt like the fact that Google insists on revealing our real identity just to leave a review like this. I dont mind being truthful about myself, but I am not comfortable with having my real identity made easily available to the whole world given how rampant ID theft is these days, especially through the Internet. Nonetheless, I still wanted to be able to take the time to give this positive review b/c so many people at this Kroger store seem to be working hard to make their store a good one and I do appreciate that. While were visiting our friends here, well be back to this Kroger for our grocery needs.

I love this store but the natural PB machine has been broken for over 2 weeks and nobody has even bothered to put an "out of order" sign on it. Spoke to store mgmt twice and got a rather indifferent attitude about it, even though i was not angry in my approach. Also went to get gas at same Kroger this morning and one of the pumps was not dispensing gas when u go through the setup and get to the point where it is supposed to dispense. So I asked the attendant if there are any issues with this pump and she said yes...all morning long. Again, too lazy to put an "out of order" sign to save customer frustration when trying to use their products. Disappointing how lazy people have become in our workplace.

My favorite store since the 1st day it was opened. Huge, clean, fresh high quality food and other products. This store also has clothing (actually very good brands!), shoes, jewelry - wow! Love their gardening division. There is a very good asian food stand where they make sushi and bunch of fresh asian foods.... Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and they just look happy. Management always watch how many customers are in the store and open registers. Lines go fast. Gasoline is always cheaper thsn in Dallas. Parking lot is huge. Well, as I daid before I am in love with this store and their forever customer.. Thank you, Kroger!

I always like to go to this store , but when they have Ribeyes on sale they only cut X amount for the day. If you look at the peek times for customers you will see it is 5-7 and when I go in after work at 6 they are out. Asked Felix the manager about this and he has no comment. Well I have one for the store and Felix cut more meat for the people that work later than your meat market manager.. This has happen several times, bad thing is I did all my other shopping while I was there, now have to go back in there and hope that there is Ribeyes cut...

Great selection of organic foods. Bulk bins of grains, spices, coffee, and other foods are a fantastic way to buy items without a lot of added expense. Fresh fish and meats are very good quality. Great salad bar but expensive. Was disappointed about the lack of kosher foods, though. There was only a very small shelf space allowed and no kosher meat or deli counter. I would really like to see a kosher deli closer than having to drive 90 minutes to the Richardson and north Dallas area.

Look i love krogers as a company and just moved to Texas and decided it was well worth it to drive 50 minutes to forney to get what i needed for mothers day. They forgot to put my bag of fresh meats and a couple of items in mybaskey of groceries and when i called the manager didnt have time to view tapes and refund my card so the option was sorry just get them when you come back in. I dont want my gas reimbursed just a refund so i dont hace to waste gas going up there!!!!

Finest full service store in our area. Clothing, shoes, Gifts and Seasonal items. Jewelry store, Florist, Starbucks with sitting area and grocery cart have cup holders! The store has a full line of Organic and Gluten Free products. They offer a complete Deli, Ready to take home Meals, Sushi, Cheese and Bakery area. The meat and seafood departments are large with a full staff. After shopping you will enjoy no waiting in lines, checkers or self serve is available.

Love love this store, I cant afford to buy groceries anywhere els. I shop their sales and stock up on what I use when its at an all time low. Im always traveling and Im always comparing prices with other stores and especially other Kroger and I can say with confidence theres no other store from there to Little Rock AR and surrounding areas that can beat it on verity and price
