Went in to buy a pair of shoes. When I entered the store, not one of the three people standing at the registers greeted me. I walked back to look at the shoes, found a pair I wanted to try on. waited 5-6 minutes and no one was there to help me. Went up to the front, asked for assistance in shoes. They said they would get someone. I went back to the shoes and waited another 5-6 minutes and still no one came. So, on my way out I informed them that it was the worst customer service I had ever experienced and that I would be writing to the corporate office. They acted like they didnt care, and still never said a word to me. Very sad.

Very rude staff, went to go look at rifles for hunting and store member acted reluctant to show me guns, the most logical reason is he was a typical Indiana racist, since Im Italian. Also bought a pair of shoes because they were on sale and the guy just threw the shoes at me.

Staff needs work in a big way. Not too friendly and very accusatory for no reason when talking about firearms. I did buy a firearm from them in the past, but their attitude stopped me from going back for any service or goods.
