I have nothing bad to say about the products they sell or the store it self, but the staff is terrible. Ive stopped by twice to get bait, the girls that work the counter are just plain rude. First time I go in to buy bait, it apparently would have killed her to either speak or have bag my purchase because you dont like touching bait. Second time I went by 3 days later, it was obvious I was bothering them when they were on their phone. I asked for a bag to go get the frozen bait, "so I could bag it myself" told her "Thank you" no reply. Come back to the counter and she was on her phone checking FB. So a guy, checked me out, he gives me my change, I again say "thank you" again, no reply from him either. I see it like this, if youre not happy selling bait or the job youre working, find something else that makes you happy or somewhere you dont deal with the general public.

Best tackle store around. The people there are the best and are there to help you in any way possible. I was on vacation and stopes by to get a yeti and my wife found a gator hoodie on sale. Got back home and my granddaughter went crazy over it. I dropped an email and revived a phone call on Monday and had another hoodie mailed to me ASAP. Very prompt, friendly and professional. We are down about three to four times a year and make this place a must stop every time.

I have shopped at this bait and tackle store for years due to it being convenient to my boat slip but they are never friendly, always rude and have over charged me several times over the years for various items. I wish someone would open a bait and tackle across the street. I would much rather shop somewhere else.

This is a good tackle shop. I usually drop by here to buy extra bait for when I go on the party boats at Capt Andersons marina. The prices are decent, and they often have good deals on rod/reel combos. The parking leaves a little to be desired, especially during the busy times, but overall it is a great store.
