We were at a total of three lots yesterday -- two Honda dealerships and one Ford. We hit Honda of Seattle to check out the Fit and it took a while for anyone to come out and talk to us. When he finally did, he was nice, but seemed to care less if we bought one of his cars. Then we went over to Bellevue Ford to check out the 2011 Fiesta. The salesperson approached us immediately and was extremely friendly. He was obviously selling his product, but not in an overly pushy way. I got the impression that he was newer, as he was not terribly familiar with the cars features. But he was always willing to run inside get the answer we needed and run back out. Of course we wanted to test the Ford Sync system, but we didnt have our iPod USB connector. He stated that one of the employees inside probably had a cord and went and scrounged one up for us to play with. We told him that we were looking at the Fit also and he arranged for us to borrow the Fit for the afternoon while we took it over Honda of Bellevue so that we could compare the cars side-by-side. We thought this was extremely cool of them to do and it really informed our decision. When we went to Honda of Bellevue, the initial two salesmen blew straight past us with no acknowledgment and went straight over to check out the Fiesta wed just driven in. Immediately, we started looking around and noticed that the Fits here were priced way higher than the ones at the Seattle dealership. We finally had to go inside and basically ask for a salesman. He brought a Fit around and parked it next to the Fiesta for us to compare. Then he immediately started trashing on Fords lack of quality, rather than telling us why we should buy a Fit. This salesman was very arrogant in assuming that Hondas just sell themselves. We test drove it and it was great (minus the road noise!!) and I went out and test drove the Fiesta again immediately after. I came back to Honda and said that I was very conflicted about which car to buy as I felt the Fiesta offered more functionality and a better drive than the Honda, but that Hondas reputation for quality and the Fits space and aesthetics were great. He snottily told me to just go back to Ford and buy the Fiesta since thats what I clearly wanted to do anyway. So we did! We ordered our custom Fiesta and we should take delivery in 8-12 weeks! We couldnt be more excited or confident about our choice. For us, the great service we received at Ford of Bellevue was definitely a factor in helping us decide which car to get.

I bought my first car here back in October of 2014. 2008 Nissan Altima. My friend had previously worked there and she told me they would have excellent service. I had been working at AutoNation Bellevue BMW earlier that week and they had mentioned a vehicle that Ford had on their lot so I stopped in to take a look at it. My buying experience was pretty easy until the bank pushed back my application due to not being at my job long enough. They told me not to worry and that I would be able to refinance my vehicle after between 6 and 8 perfect payments. The car had no issues what so ever and was a perfect purchase, until I tried refinancing my vehicle. I had previously tried trading in my vehicle and there wasnt enough credit history to trade it so I decided to wait and just refinance my car instead. That is when everything started to unfold. 1. I checked my credit online and noticed not 1, not 5 but 10+ credit inquiries from AutoNation Ford of Bellevue. When I was at the dealership I wasnt informed on how many banks they sent my credit too. I was still getting declines from banks 3 months after I purchased my car. 2. I was at Lexus of Bellevue looking at some possible new cars for myself and they pulled the carfax on my vehicle while I was out on a drive. When I purchased my vehicle they told me it had 1 accident on the record and that all the service records were recorded on the Carfax they gave me. Lexus informed me that my car had been in 3 accidents and an ENITRE YEAR of maintenance was removed from the car fax. 3. I went to refinance my car at the bank after 7 months of owning my vehicle and the banks was unable to even look at my application because I was 5 grand upside down in my vehicle. I was never informed of what my interest rate was either when I purchased my car (29.24%). 4. Every time I called to get a service done the receptionist told me I had to go to Nissan to get it serviced when I CLEARLY told her I had a warranty through Ford. At this point they told me my only options were to get a cosigner or to pay this vehicle off. The enitre reason I bought a car was to be independant and be on my own and now I was told I had no other choice. I ended up trading my car for a brand new 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport just over a month ago. I do not reccomend working this this dealership unless you want to end up in a shitty situation and bad customer service in the service department.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Bought a 2012 F-150 that was a certified pre-owned in late 2015. Also purchased extended warranties and service contracts. The truck had issues shortly after purchase, and had to go into the shop for a driveline service. The service department completed the repair incorrectly, causing horrible vibration that was never able to be resolved, even after multiple attempts to get it repaired. They claimed that Ford was saying everything was "within tolerance". After complaining multiple times, and threatening to return my warranties, I was told to go to another dealership, not tell them about the repairs, and get their opinion. Truck was in the other shop multiple times over the course of a month. The other shop performed multiple repairs attempting to fix the issue, way more than what Ford of Bellevue was willing to do. After 6 months of back and forth I had had enough. I told the Finance Manager at Ford of Bellevue that I wanted to return my warranty, and he requested I give them a chance to keep my business and wanted to make me a "good deal" on another truck (2015 Lariat). I gave them a chance, so I went in. The entire sales staff was incredibly rude, and told me they "didnt have time for this". Finally one of the sales managers agreed to try to work up a deal. After about 1.5 hours of back and forth, claiming he was working the General Manager really hard for the deal, the numbers they presented were the same trade value that 3 other dealers offered, and the truck cost was exactly what they listed on the site. When I called them out on this fact, they claimed "well we are giving you way more for your trade than we should". I told them that it was the same that any other dealer had already offered, without them having to try hard to work me a deal. I ended up losing a ton of money by buying a vehicle here, and they were completely unwilling to do anything to try to help. It is very clear that the General Manager David Dean does not care about his customers, as he would not come out of his office even once to talk to me about my issues, and told his managers to give me a "deal" that was no deal at all. Emails and calls to him went unanswered. The service staff has no clue, the sales staff is rude, and the general manager could care less. Buy anywhere else but here.
