TL/DR: In my opinion these people are jackals who only want your money and are willing to go to any length to get it even if it means harming you and your familys financial or physical well being. Found an SUV Id been looking for for a while. Listed as no accidents, clear carfax, excellent condition, low miles, hybrid. First red flag: Lot is asking $3000 over book Went up to take a look at i. Im an insurance adjuster BTW so I like to think I know cars fairly well, especially damage. I give the car a thorough once over, tires are new and matching, all the glass is marked from the factory, no curb rash on wheels, no corrosion, wipers good, lights, gauges, switches, everything checks out. Take it for a quick test drive, so far so good, brakes are taut, car shifts wonderfully, no weird sounds. Tell them I want it pending check out by a mechanic of my choosing. Start talking price. 2nd red flag: Ignoring or undermining credibility of the book values. I send them information from the above mentioned sources saying their price doesnt reflect the value of the vehicle in question for this market. Even given the apparent good condition of the car its still way overpriced. They come down to a more reasonable amount but still on the high end of book. Now remember, book value is on a car in good or excellent condition. Not a wrecked car. On the surface car looks immaculate other than a couple superficial scratches. 3rd Red Flag: Sales person starts undermining taking it to a shop to get checked out. First they say their car has been checked by 132 point ASE inspection. For all i know they had guy named Ace point at the truck 132 times and after having done so everyone agreed that it was in fact, still a truck. Next they didnt want to take the truck to the shop I found nearby to inspect the truck. BTW thank you to Docs Automotive in Bothell for saving my bacon. Highest regards and I found them on Yelp. I live 60 miles away. If you want me to buy your car, youre gonna take it to a shop I picked out that was 10 mins away from them. Then the guy balks about hes not sure if they can legally do it, why dont I use his shop. Nope, my shop or no sale. Then they say theyre going to sell the car to another buyer if I dont take it or at least put money down. Fine, I put 1/2 the down payment down on my card and they take it over to the shop. Lo and behold the mechanic finds a laundry list of problems including: - leak where water can and has gotten into battery compartment - car had been in a serious rear end collision also in and around hybrid area, they found damage underneath car that instead of being fixed had been freshly painted over to hide corrosion from where it hadnt been properly repaired implying that the lot KNEW about the problems and were still advertising the car as otherwise but with just enough plausible deniability to get away with it legally. - Host of other issues, shop said dont buy it. No problem, pulled the deal. So, if the car had been inspected why wasnt the damage noted, actually repaired and the price reflective of that? Since someone had taken the time to cover up the damage instead of properly fix it, someone had to have known. And if you really didnt know, you lied about the inspection. So either way shame on you and your whole organization. I hope everyone reading this boycotts you. Predatory organization like you can go to hell. Btw, still havent gotten refund of deposit because excuses. PS left review w/ used car buying tips relevant to this issue on Yelp for this place. Seriously terrible experience.

Im 19 years old and went into Biddle with the intention of possible purchasing my first car, a 2008 Toyota Yaris. Im young and financing the car was a must, with or without a co-signer, preferably without. I told this to the car salesman and had asked him to check with Boeing Credit union about what kind of rate they would charge me, a first time lender, with and without a co-signer. My dad had previously checked with Boeing credit union, as he works there, about their financing rate, which just happened to be the lowest. We waited at Biddle for this information for almost 2 hours and then decided to leave for lunch, asking them to call us when they knew what Boeings rates were going to be. With still no answer nearly 1.5 hours after leaving, I called them to see what was taking so long, they told me they still hadnt heard back from Boeing. After waiting nearly 4 hours, we decided to move on to an actual Toyota Car dealership. I then received a phone call from the financing guy at Biddle telling me that Boeing was going to charge me 8.9%(+/-) and went on to tell me about two different unions that were only going to charge me 5.6%. I told him I would have to think about it and hung up. At Toyota I found out that I was approved a 0% rate, without a co-signer. I also found out that I almost hadnt qualified for it because my credit score was so low. This was news to me because Ive never missed a payment on any of my credit cards or anything. I had spent a good solid 1.5 years trying to build enough credit so that when it came to buying a car, I could do it by myself. So I asked Toyota why my score had suddenly plummeted. Biddle had given my information to 7 credit unions without my permission or knowing, and every time banks check someones credit score, it lowers your credit score. All my hard work in trying to build a good credit score, disappeared in less than 4 hours. Biddle lied to me and my family about what they were doing. We had only asked them to check with Boeing but instead checked with 7 others, lowering my credit score to the point that I almost cant qualify for any loans at all. They are greedy and hasty with no regard for the consequences of their actions on other people. Waste of time, effort, and a waste of my life. I wish I had never stepped foot in Biddle Chevrolet.

We just bought a car from this dealer yesterday and I was unhappy with the transaction from the BEGINNING. We approached them with an offer, but decided not to purchase this car from this dealer because a salesman named JEFF, decided to intervene on the transaction with another salesman and give us his two cents about how we were "dragging him through the mud." I mean are you serious?! After hearing that, we left, and decided against purchasing the car. A week later, this dealer ended up lowering the price of the car, closer to what we had originally been interested in. Since my husband really wanted this car, I figured why not...lets try for it one more time and ended up getting the price we wanted. Although we were purchasing the car from this dealer we wanted to minimize interaction with this dealer as I was still unhappy with the previous encounters. We were already pre-approved at our bank, and decided to work out our loan directly with the bank rather than at the dealer. When we arrived to purchase the car, they had us standing around, didnt even offer us to have a seat, we had to wait until their finance manager was ready for us. Additionally, they were outwardly disgruntled with us because we had decided to finance directly with our bank. They wanted their 1% of the share, thats exactly what the finance manager had said to us. IF YOU WANTED US TO FINANCE WITH YOU, YOU SHOULD HAVE TREATED US RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE. How hard is that? Are you new to the business? The final straw that pushed me over the edge was what we discovered the day after we purchased the car. We opened the hood of the car to find that there was a loose compartment, and discovered that the CAR DID NOT HAVE AN AIR FILTER! We ended up having to pay $50.00 out of pocket to buy an air filter. Its not even the $50.00 that I am so angry about, Im just wondering how long this car has been driven around without an air filter, which is very harmful to the engine! However, Im sure if I called Biddle and complained they would say "its okay it has a manufacture warranty still." Literally that was their excuse for every flaw. So all in all....I am warning you...DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE.
