Well if there were less then 1 star I would give it. Ive bought many cars from used car dealerships some pleasant some not this place is the worst place to ever deal with they will lie they will get on their knees and pretty much suck whatever they want on you if you know what I mean to get you to say yes. We got a car signed over my car for a BMW kept telling my husband not to get it it looks like a piece of crap it sounds like a piece of crap even the BMW Fife mechanic said dont get it. but my husband was like no I still want it so fine whatever 14 days after we have it the car lot called us and said we had 30 minutes to get it turned back into them because they couldnt get the deal done or they were calling the police, now mind you no communication between them with us for 2 weeks even though we have called numerous times to find out what was going on and they kept telling us they would call us back. dont go there read the reviews read whag the Better Business Bureau says they grade them with an F they are horrible they are scammers their sleaze balls. Also the owner will not talk to their customers what kind of customer service is that they wont even give you the owners name which if I wanted I could look it up because its public record but they said that the owner hires managers to deal with the problems that owner just gets the cars for the lot from the auctions, if a car is that an auction you know its already a piece of crap. And the reviews done by Google users are just them trying to make themselves look good. Search sunset auto of renton komo 4 did a piece on them last year. You can change the name of the company all you want but it doesnt change the people that works there.

I had a salesman named Justin. I was looking at a $13,000 Jeep and I live 6 hours away. We went over paperwork over the phone regarding the financing aspect. He said that I had to put down $2,000 today over the phone, (keep in mind that I live 6 hours away and I havent even seen it in person-let alone test drove it) and that the lowest he could get my monthly payments down to was $300!!! I even have good credit score, work two jobs, and had a great co-signer! This is a $13,000 vehicle, never have I seen a monthly payment so high! They werent flexible at all and quite frankly they just seemed like they wanted to take advantage of me. After about an hour on the phone, and him not being flexible at all, I told him that it wasnt going to work out because I just couldnt afford those payments. He quickly became snarky and rude and told me "it is what it is" and suggested that I look at a cheaper vehicle. The price of the vehicle wasnt the problem, his customer service and lack of understanding/flexibility was. I told him that I needed to map out my finances and he rudely said "it looks like you already have" he then abruptly hung up. The jeep was a great deal, Ill give them that. But the finances they came up with were ridiculous. Terrible customer service, and honestly I know I could get a far more reasonable deal.

In the beginning of dealing with this dealership it wasnt the best experience. I came to reestablish credit in the progress this company was going through managers and employees, so bad to the point it put a sour taste in my mouth . I am a business woman Im great to deal with as long as honesty in open . Due to a really bad motorcycle accident thats why I came to this dealer. I felt taken advantage of, but over all to come and find out it wasnt the worst place every after all they hired a really great manager his name was Dominic, he changed everything. Due to the poor business that was inside prior to him working he made it right. Now Im driving a really great vehicle never seen myself personally driving but Dominic himself drove this and new right away it would suit me well and guess what he was right.

I traded in my 2004 expedition last year and bought a new car. A month later I get a call from an officer saying that the car I traded in was involved in a hit and run and that the car was still under my name. Whaaat??? How does that work??? I called and told the dealer what happened and they said theyll fix it. A year later today, I get a call from a collections agency saying the expedition is still under my name and I have a big bill with the towing company. Smdh!!

They will try to scam you please dont buy a car from here. My check engine light came on week after i bought it and they wont fix or even look at it also tryed to give me 24.99 interest my cs is great. i screwed up bad from buying a car threw this place had to refinance a month later threw a different bank and got 3.59 but doesnt fix my the engine. Just look up reviews on Sunset Cars of Renton its the same place and same people

Went there today looking at some cars as I will soon be purchasing one and was shown a red Honda CR-V that was given to me to take on a test drive the windshield had a large crack in it the key was busted and loose and the seat belt would not retract so the belt winder was busted and he treated it like it was nothing and that the vehicle was safe this is not a place to go buy a car

The worst experience with a dealership I have ever had in my life. Now I see why these crooks have such bad reviews and horrible ratings. Even two of there own employees pulled me to the side and apologized stating that irrate people come in there all the time and that they dont know why their co workers are so shady. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will regret it if you do.

Every car here has something wrong with it. Had some 25 year old kid come out and try to sound all knowledgable, but Im no newbie when it comes to dealerships. Bunch of slumlords over here. The employees need better customer service skills.

In my option this company is full of crooks. They process credit cards without authorization even if they do not sell you a vehicle. Bunch of slick snakes, BE AWARE!
