Long Story...Divorce and the car was the last thing to go....and it went....today. I called around and all the places I called were so pushy and rude and all they cared about was how soon I could get there and if I had good credit! I called Carpros and spoke with Collin and he was so soooooooooooo nice to me and I put my daughter on the line and he just took care of us without the car dealership hype I got on all the other calls all around the area! I told him my daughters deal and I wasnt sure what she could afford and he was just great! So after talking with him and telling him way more about her life then she probably should have they decided that it would be best if we just came over. I was expecting pushy and buy buy buy when I got to the store but NOT AT ALL! They paged Collin and he came out right away and we talked for a bit and then we just went outside and had so much fun just looking at cars and trucks. He showed me a jeep patriot and I thought we could never afford it but we looked anyway and that was it. Amy fell in love with the patriot! I was like ok....what now....theres got to be some problem or credit will be to bad or the price is going to be crazy. NOT AT ALL! Ok so Collin explained that he was as new as me at looking at these cars and he really liked the Jeep and it really made a lot of sense so we picked out her jeep. He went in and brought out his co worker (really nice asian guy named V) and I was thinking ok....they treat you great...now they are gonna sock it to Amy.....its time to RUN! NOT THE CASE! Collin offered me a soda and V and Amy looked at the Patriot again and my trade and he worked everything out for me! I never imagined. In the end I think we all made new friends. Collin gave Amy his phone number and told her to call if she has any questions on any of the gizmos and gadgets and that was really about it. Not once were we pushed to buy anything! We really got to look at everything and it felt so good knowing we didnt just make a quick decision. I think I have said enough. Really really big thank you to everyone who works at the Carpros store. You are all such nice people and really opened my eyes I really wasnt expecting to have anything other then a stressful day no matter where we went and you guys made a big difference for us!

Is it really that hard to find a decent Service Shop.... I would think bringing my CHRYSLER PT Cruiser to a Car Pros CHRYSLER Jeep etc, would be a logical thing to do for "SERVICE", I was wrong... My vehicle was sent in for a new timing belt and water pump. Following this repair the mechanic noticed a misfire in the 3rd cylinder, and will need to be sent off for a week for repair. So, this $1600 inconvenience has now turned into a $4500 pain in the ass over night. Our vehicle was turned in June 28th and returned to us July 26th, only to find out we paid $4500 for non functioning vehicle. Again... $4500, no car for a month. When arriving to Car Pros Renton for pick up. I noticed the employees or service advisers. No one noticed or acknowledged me ( the guy with the look of, I Dont know who I should talk to about my car). 1) Ready to pay $4500 for a car I thought would be running like new. I approached the front desk rep who hands me the damage without explanation... Like any average citizen, I asked what was done. She tries to do her best to explain, but then realizes its best for the Service Advisor Levi to explain. 2) While meeting Levi, I was expecting a brief walk though of the repair either by Levi or the technician that did the repairs. He explained what was repaired and also adds on that the Air Conditioner is malfunctioning, it was fine when we brought it in. Feeling grateful that the car was supposedly "running GREAT" from a month of being in the hands of Car Pros, I figure AC is not a big deal. 3 ) Anxious to start the car, I was curious as to why I was giving a spare Key instead of the original Key I handed in, a remote Key. WHAT"S GOING ON Car Pros of Renton??? $4500, POOR service, AC damaged, wrong key returned... Its been less then a week with my "repaired" vehicle, only to be returned. The funny thing is that I was told a key would be prepared within a day and returned. Its been 5 days... the car has to be returned faster then the one remote key be returned back to me. Things are in motion now... I can only hope this does not excel into more of an inconvenience.

I bought a 2015 dodge charger about 8 months ago. Everything was great until about 2 or 3 months ago when I went to a brushless car wash and at the end the blow dryer blew off the door handle cover on the passanger side. I didnt notice until after I parked the car to vaccum. I found the handle cover and put it back on but it was loose because some of the pins broke. I had no idea that those even came off. Thats when I noticed they are all a little flimsy and move slightly. So I brought the car back and told them about my problem. The guy from the service department told me to super glue it back on, and of course being a brand new car I wasnt going to do that. The guy also tried to blame the car wash and was border line blaming me for the handle coming off and telling me not to go through car washes and I would have to buy a whole new door handle. So after talking to a few people I finally got a hold of Rodger who helped me and I got a new door handle free of charge. I figured that maybe the last one was defective since I only had the one cover come off on me and went through the car wash a several more times before it finally happened again. The same door handle I just got repaired blew off. I dont care what anybody says, peices of your car shouldnt come flying off in a car wash especially a brushless one.You shouldnt also have to hand wash your car only because it cant handle going through a car wash like a normal car can. Ive owned maany cars and never had peices just fly off on me. I like the car but If I would have known the cheap quality that those door handles are I never would have bought this car.

People stay away from their service department! I took my 2015 Ram 1500 Eco-diesel for radio repair to Car pros. They smelled something burning and told me that the vacuum pump needs to be replaced. I said ok because the smell was really there and it was weird. Next day I picked up my truck and the problems stated. My brakes malfunctioned while driving. Check engine light came on and the brake became very hard and the truck wasnt braking. Good thing there was no cars in front of me and no accident happened. I called the dealership and told them about it and they scheduled me for service in a WEEK!....I dropped of the truck again for two days and after two days, they told me that the codes were cleared and everything checked and its all good. I didnt drive the truck much on that day but the next day there was a situation on highway that required me to slow down and the brakes malfunctioned again and the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. If I wasnt keeping a good distance I wouldve crashed into a car in front of me! I called the dealer again but then I changed my mind and went to Oreilly Auto parts and had them read the code. The code said something about the vacuum hose disconnected. I took it to my friend who is a mechanic and he found a vacuum hose loos right in the front. HOW COULD SO CALLED CERTIFIED MECHANICS MISS THAT????? Their mechanics have no clue what they are doing!!!! My mechanic connected the hose and there are no more problems with the truck. These guys are horrible at what they do! I almost crashed because of them! I dont recommend them to anyone.
