My wife and I were truck shopping for a F -150. We had been searching for a while at other dealerships. We were out riding our trike, we had driven for two hours. We decided to stop at Legacy Ford. We were immediately greeted by sale consultant Doug Chaffin. He was very informative, as well as attentive to all our questions ,and concerns. There was no pressure to buy, he made us feel comfortable. We enjoyed his stories while we were waiting to close the deal. It was a blast! Everyone at Legacy Ford were very friendly ,and helpful. A very special thanks to Debra Blankenship for keeping us informed on when the bedliner would arrive, and getting it installed the same day. It was really pressure free environment. If you are considering on purchasing a Ford in the near future, please consider this dealership, and please ask for Doug.

We were serviced by Falls recently. The car had some weird electrical glitch that could not be recreated. They cleared the codes, ran diagnostics, and drove the car to figure it out, but it seems it was just a weird battery problem. They didnt charge us since they didnt do much -just cleared some codes. They even covered the tow bill, which was incredibly nice. They seem like a super honest place to go. Took a while because they were busy, but 99% of car places would have charged us for the tow plus whatever random crap they made up. Falls was very honest.

Ive bought two vehicles from Falls in the last three years and the experience was top notch. I have recently traded in the first vehicle I purchased from Falls and I made $5,000 - this is unheard of when it comes to trade ins. My family lives in North Carolina and we cannot see ourselves buying vehicles in the future from anyone other than Falls. If you like great deals that are under retail value you should definitely check these guys out - you will not be dissatisfied.

My Personal Experience at Falls Auto Group didnt turn out as great as i wanted to due to problems in which i had credit wise but i would like to say that Adam Townsley and Tim Logan went above and beyond to help me attempt to buy a car and as soon as my bankruptcy is finished i will return there to buy a car. The sales manager Tim Hawk and one of the salesmen tried to rip off my 83 year old sister. They tried to take 10 thousand dollars from her and take advantage of her just because she is older and didnt know any better! Thank the good lord we caught onto this scam before it went through. As long as those CROOKS are still there, will never do business with those people again!

Of all the Ford dealerships we visited, this one was by far the worst! We made an appointment to come and look at a few suvs and when we arrived (after driving 2 hours) the vehicles we came to see werent even there and their used inventory was the worst we seen. (EMPTY!) Also, the sales manager was completely rude to us. Terrible experience, and waste of time.

Would NOT recommend this dealership for business. My 71 year old father with Dementia (very obvious) was taken advantage of not once but twice in one month. Im still trying to figure out what sane person would think an insane man should be driving around in not one but two sports cars!!

Never trust any dealership when the prices of the used inventory are a secret. They are not posted anywhere. I asked the price of one vehicle and was asked "What are looking to spend?". I was there for almost an hour but never got a straight answer. I will NEVER go back there.
