I bought a car from Friendly Auto Gallery in August. The people there were great! No high pressure sales tactics. No BS. I took the car on a road test and heard a noise coming from the front end. I reported it to them and they suggested I take it to a local shop to find out what it was and how much it would cost to fix it. I did, it turned out to be a bushing that was an easy fix, so I knew exactly what I was getting. Three days after I bought the car I came out from work and had a dead battery. I called Paul and told him what had happen. He told me to take it to Advanced Auto and have the battery tested and call him back. I did what he told me and found out the battery was no good. Paul had the guys at Advance put a new battery in the car at no cost to me. How many used car dealers would do that for a customer? That battery was $200.00 and he could have easily said sorry, but that’s on you. He didn’t and that’s one of the reason’s I’m writing this review. I want people to know that Friendly Auto Gallery is a great place to buy a used car and I would definitely buy another car from them again in the future! Thanks Friendly! Roland Acworth, GA.

well i finally got in touch with don requesting my title and radio and to tell him about the car being a piece of crap,well these r some smooth talkers folks,but anyway i got title a week later no radio.i took the title to dmv well friendly motors did not send the correct paperwork,so i call them back mr sandy acted like i was lying about the paperwork being wrong,finally i got him to understand they never put my name on the title anyway i got the correct paperwork 1 week later,this has been the most horrible car deal i have ever made never again will i let these 2 cons sell me a car oh yea the premium sound system they advertised on the ad i answered on my car,well i wouldnt know i dont have a radio" thats right no radio",after don promised it was sitting there waiting to be mailed to me the next day, folks if u aint got the money to buy a car and let them finance u might get a good car or atleast they might offer to make repairs to keep u paying every month or week. but do not hand these men cash money for a car because u will up poop creek without a paddle,cause they know once they get your money they never have to deal with u again,

I had a great experience with Friendly Auto Gallery. Id been shopping for a quality used car for months, but had not found anything I liked. I am a single mom, so my budget was rather tight, AND Im very picky about what I drive. On the advice of a coworker I looked at Friendlys website. I saw several cars that interested me, so I went to test drive them that weekend. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They were, in fact, very friendly. However, most importantly, the salesman actually knew about cars. (Did I mention that Im really picky?) I found a really nice Land Rover that met all my requirements: drive ability, comfort, looks, even price! They worked WITH me to make the deal work for me. They matched me with Gateway One Lending and Finance at a very reasonable interest rate. The entire process was quick, easy, and much more accommodating than I expected. (About a month after my purchase, the dealership called me to make sure I was enjoying the car, and happy with the purchase overall.) I can honestly say that I plan to make any and all future car purchases with Friendly Auto Gallery.

A word of advice: Friendly Auto Sales does not take responsibility for their mistakes, and they only care about money. Such is my experience with them. When I wanted to purchase a car, I presented the price I found on Auto Trader, which was a misprint. They said they would have to honor the price. When I sat down to review the final sale paper, the price had somehow risen to the correct one, some $2000 higher. They explained that since I used their in-house financing, they could not give me the misprinted price. I thought this was sort of an acceptable answer except for the fact that it was NEVER MENTIONED TO ME PRIOR TO SIGNING THE AGREEMENT! Secondly, they either knowingly let me drive the car off the lot with shot brake rotors, or they were too lazy to have the car inspected LIKE THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD. Now they wont fix my brakes because the car was sold "as is". Please do not buy from these scumbags because they do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and they do not care about the well-being of their customers, only their money.

My experience has been beyond amazing!!! I have never felt so good about this deal that I do now! Paul, Gelson, and the service guy Ivan have taken wonderful care of me! They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy. Your crazy if your live in Cumming, pass this place everyday going into town, not to stop bye!!!!!!! Please stop bye! Just talking to any of the gentlemen I listed will have you wrapped around your fingers! Please please please dont be a fool! Stop at friendlys where they will answer everyone of your questions and will be 1100% honest with you!!!! weather its positive or negative!!!! I love this place and Im so happy! Just 24hr of looking online I feel inlove with car! Stop bye and now leaving with a beautiful, safe, and perfect car for me and my little family!!! Thank you guys again! This place really sells quality vehicles at reasonable prices. each vehicle you can tell has been hand selected from great sources and have been put through a very rigorous mechanical inspection. they also know the vehicles they are selling very well. Mitch Jones shops for replacement parts for the vehicles personally. friendly auto gallery definitely has great customer service and want you to leave satisfied. they were honest, respectful, and very friendly. Mitch Jones could not have been more helpful and it was a real pleasure to meet this man. he even was able to remember who my father is from almost 30 years ago when he taught horticulture in hall county. Mitch even had some great stories to share about my father it was a real delight to talk to him. in the end he sold me a great 2004 nissan frontier for a great price that i have complete confidence in. I absolutely recommend this place 100 percent.

Yesterday I took a chance after reading the reviews and made the drive to check out a specific vehicle. After reading the poor reviews, my expectations were low and I was not looking forward to the waste I time I was predicting. I am now quite happy I went, and very glad with the vehicle I purchased. First, Don was in no way rude or insulting. He also did not hover over me or offer any type of pressure. At no time during the process was I rushed or felt like they were just trying to make a sell. I ended up test driving 3 vehicles, and would have purchased any one of the 3 as they all ran good for high mileage vehicles and priced accordingly. If you are looking for a budget priced vehicle that runs solid and dont need a car lot with "frills" I would definitely recommend these guys and would certainly do business with them again.
